Alex POV
"What are you doing here" I asked Shayla
"I'm Chance's personal assistant" she said
"Chance are you serious" I asked him
"I didn't know that you two knew each other" she said
"He's my cousins, but I'm still confused how you two know one another" chance said
"She's my kids mother" I said
"She's the ho-" she cut him
"This was a mistake" she said and walked out
"Shayla wait" I Chance said and chased after her
Shayla POV
I walked out of the office and I was getting on the elevator when someone grabbed my arm. I turned around and it was Chance.
"Don't leave" he said
"He doesn't want me here " I said
"But I need you" he said
"You will be just fine" I said
"Look can you just try it out for 2 weeks and if you don't like it you can leave" he said
"Fine" I said
I walked into Chance office and Alex and him were talking
"Chance I finished making your schedule is their anything else you need" I asked him
"Yes for you and my cousin to talk" he said and got up and left Alex and I in his office.
"You need to leave" Alex said
"Your cousin came to me, not the other way around" I said
"Well he's an idiot" he said
"Look you told the lawyer I couldn't get Havana back until I had a job and a place to stay. And I'm doing that and you still won't let me see her. You promised me you would give her back" I said
"You think everything is about you, well it's not. Did you ever think about Victoria and Bella. If Havana leaves they would know she went with her mother and left them there." He said
"Don't you dare, I tried to be there for them and you pushed me away" I said getting mad
"You ran off with them and got in a car accident and ruined my daughters lives. And you think I'm just going to let you take them" he said and walk out
