I'm moving to LA! Correction, Sydney and I are moving to LA. We're moving in with Tyler, he's the only one that knows about my baby girl.

I know Mark loves children, and he'll probably be shocked at first.

I'm bringing Sydney to the office. I think Amy has a hinch that I'm bringing someone, but she probably thinks that I'm bringing a girlfriend.

Tyler and I get there, and Sydney is I'm her car seat, sleeping. We walk inside, and Mark immediately sees the car seat.

"Who's the baby?" Mark asked coming and looking at her.

"Her name is Sydney!" Mark coos at her, who is now waking up.

"Is she your sister?"

"Uh, no! She's my daughter!" Mark cocked an eye at me.

"..Wait you're serious?" I nodded yes. "Wow.. where is her mom?" I felt my heart break slowly.

"Um.. she passed away.." Mark's eyes grew big.

"Oh.. I'm sorry! I feel so bad now!" I felt worse, for some reason.

"Don't. She was the nicest person on earth, and the cutest."

I lifted Sydney out of her car seat and sat down with her on the couch. She was fussing and getting cranky (get it??!). I checked her diaper but it wasn't used.

"She might be hungry.. Tyler? Can you go grab her baby food from the car please?" Tyler ran back outside, and Mark sat beside me, looking at Sydney.

"Why so young? Or was it a choice?" Mark asked, looking at me. I sighed.

"She wanted to keep her. I obviously needed to be supportive, we've been together since 6th grade, then was the time she needed me most. But I feel so guilty! I'm the one that got her pregnant and I'm the reason she died.." I held back tears as hard as I could.

"Did she.. die from having Sydney?"

"Unfortunately, yes.. But I couldn't bring myself to not raise my own child. So I moved back in with my parents so I could get a cheaper apartment and then move here."

Tyler walked in and handed me the bag of all her food stuff.

"Thanks!" I pulled out Sydney's favorite squeezable applesauce. "Here you go, baby girl!" Her eyes lit up as she saw the tube.

"My, she likes that stuff!" Tyler said, laughing.

"Oh yeah! And it's soft on her gums, I think some teeth are starting to come in. We'll have to go buy some teething rings."

Tyler sat down on the floor.

"She's watching you, Mark!" I said. She was staring right at him.
