June rolled around faster then I expected it to be. Kids were getting out of school, the weather was so hot, the thots were outside everyday. The niggas were damn near on every corner slanging. My edges be sweating out, that's why I keep a weave in. I hated the summertime.

Currently me and Sapphire was planning on what we were going to do today. Jordan, Quentin, and Trenton all out doing some brotherly activities. So me and Sapphire decided to do some girly activities. But we were still deciding.

"So where we going today. It's hot, Trenton is hanging with his brothers. So wassup'?" Sapphire walked into my room as I unhooked my bra.

"Ooh mama got the cantaloupes out." She hit my boob making it jiggle.

"Stop." I giggled covering them up. "I'm trying to find something to wear. What you think I should wear?" I walked over to my closet.

"What was wrong with the black and white sundress? It was cute."

"I don't like it now. I changed my mind." I shook my head pulling out my high waisted cuffed denim shorts.

"Ohh. I see you with the coochie cutters." Sapphire stuck her tongue out.

"Don't play with me. These not coochie cutters, their simply shorts." I looked at my butt in the mirror, making sure it looked nice.

"Looking good." I mumbled before grabbing a lose fit grey v-neck and throwing it on.

"I look cute?" I did a spin around showing her my outfit for today. "Plain and simple right?"

"Yeah. You should wear your gladiator sandals with your outfit." I nodded going over to my closet grabbing sandals strapping them on.

After make sure I had everything, I grabbed my long grey sweater, since it was a little windy outside.

"So where we going? Because my feet need to be done, so wanna go to the nail salon?" I shrugged grabbing my glasses as we exited out my apartment.

"We can do that. I need a refill anyway, and plus I'm wearing sandals and my feet isn't even done."

After we made it out the apartment, we both got into my car and made our way to the nail salon that we always go to. After getting settled and both sitting in the chair waiting to get our feet done, we conversed.

"So, have Jordan met ya mom yet?" She splashed her feet in the water while sipping on her water.

"No, not yet. I'm kinda' scared for them to meet, well not too much of my mom. But my dad. He don't like anybody, after my first boyfriend broke my heart. He doesn't want me dating anyone?" I pouted.

"My dad isn't like that. He met Trenton already." She shrugged.

"For real?" I lifted up. "What did he say to him? You know. Knowing he's younger than you."
