Wassup world!! ilovepercy here! ok so firey gave me this to publish everything here (including the next A/N) is hers. I take no credit.

A/N Hey peeps! This is also quickly written... I apologize about that. This is just something I made up- (Well not the characters, but the story plot.)

Note: THANKS AGAIN ILOVEPERCY2 FOR LETTING ME CONTINUE THIS ON YOUR PROFILE!!!!!!

Note 2: This is when Sophie is 17 and Fitz is 19 (They are cognates, but have yet to confess their love.)

Note 3: (Goodness, another note!) Warning: EXTREMELY CHEESY! But adorable :D

A tear fell down my cheek onto the floor.

My heart thumped against my chest in heartbreak.

My ears rang with the sound of groaning.

Fitz's mind broke.

Rebellious tears dripped down my face uncontrollably. I should've been a better cognate.

But I wasn't.

I failed.

I failed as Project Moonlark.

I stole a glance to where Fitz lay in his bed at Everglen. Elwin and Physic were giving him elixirs, trying to help the memory break.

But nothing could.

All hope vanished like a fire in a room with no oxygen.

More tears slipped down my cheeks as I walked over to Fitz.

I lay my head down on his chest, my heart swelling with each move.

I started to cry undeniably ugly.

"I'm so so sorry Fitz..." I whispered.

"You could try fixing-" Elwin began.

"No, I can't. I failed him." I cried.

"Try once more, maybe it will work better." Physic suggested.

I cried uncontrollably, not accepting reality.

But I owe it to Fitz.

I placed my fingers on his sweaty temples and entered his mind.

It was dark.

Empty.

Too empty.

"Fitz!" I called into the darkness, but my voice was instantly swallowed into the nothingness.

"Fitz, we need you!" I tried again.

No hope.

I started to inflict positive emotions into his mind. Memories of his greatest achievements, memories of them doing cognate training.

A light flickered far away.

I stumbled towards the light with determination.

It flickered brighter and brighter the closer I went towards it. I inflicted more emotions.

But something was missing.

I showed him images of his family- which helped, but not enough.

I tried his friends, but that also didn't work.

I whispered quietly; "Fitz, I love you. Don't leave me."

The light exploded everywhere, blasting Sophie out of his mind.

"S-sophie?" Fitz's voice whispered. "You love me?"

"Of course I love you." I said tears dripping down my cheeks.

"As in love love me?"

"Yes. As in love love you."

Fitz pulled me close, our lips smashing together, renewed with a spark of energy. It was long and lush- I stared deep into his teal eyes. We slowly pulled apart.

"I love you Sophie Foster."

"I love you too." I replied kissing him some more.
