Chapter Thirteen

Melissa P.O.V

It was Friday! The big game! Matt and I had to be at school early for our practises, I changed into my cheerleading outfit which was blue and white, I put two blue stripes on my cheeks and small white stars around them. When I left I walked over to Matts and knocked on his door, I could hear Matt inside, "It's for me it's for me, leave it I'll get it, bye dad, bye mum see you after the game" then the door opened, Matt was wearing a blue shirt that had our school logo on it with white shorts,
"Sorry I was making a vine, I hadn't posted one today, or else I would be the one to pick you up", I smiled and we started walking,
"You look so cute in your cheerleading outfit", he smirks, I turn him around then I jump on his back so that he gives me a picky back, the rest of the trip was quiet until we got to school,
"I'll see you later yeah?" He says kissing my cheek, I nod and walk to the girls, we had three hours of training before everyone started arriving, it got darker and I spotted Nash and Cameron, I waved to them and they walked over, I gave them both a hug and introduced them to the girls, all the girls squealed and were so excited, an hour later the game started,

I had my eyes on Matt the whole time , we were down fourteen, it didn't look like the odds were in our favour. I see number 9 takes the ball (Jeromy) he passes it to number 7 (Zack) and then to number 23 which was my favourite player yes Matt! And Score! Everyone starts screaming and the girls do the routine, Jess and Hayley do a flip, Kay and I do a cartwheel, Emma and Naomi start cheering which raises the audience voice and they join in on our cheer, we only needed two more to win! The game starts again number 4 gets the ball (Mark) and then he passes it to number 7 (Zack), everyone watches as Matt's running towards the end, Zack throws it to Matt and another score! Everyone cheers and we do another routine, I look over and notice mum and dad with the Espinosas, they're all looking at me, I smile and wave to them, they all wave back.

There's only five minutes left...They start and almost make it then the other teams gets the ball they play around with it back and forth, until number 9 gets the ball (Jeromy) he passes it to number 2 (Jake) then it gets thrown to number 6 (Jai) then to number 12 (Bo) there's only two minutes left, the cheerleaders roar up the crowd, I see Nash and Cameron making there way towards me but they wait just behind the bars, the ball gets back to number 9 (Jeromy) after about twenty seconds the ball gets thrown to number 19 (Kyle) he runs around avoiding the other team so that they're all crowded around him, he throws the ball to 23 (Matt) and he misses, he gets pulled down by the opposing team then a little uproar starts, there were about ten seconds left,

The buzzer went off and everyone went wild!
All the cheerleaders where chearing but I just ran up to Nash and Cam and hugged them, I waved at mum and dad along with Matthews parents, they were hugging and cheering! It was crazy, and Matt scored the last three goals, my boyfriend! I looked over at him and he was with all his friends cheering, "Umm Nash and Cam there's a party tonight at one of the cheerleaders house, wanna come? There will be all the footballer guys and cheerleaders plus anyone who wants to come so basically the whole school", they both smile and nodded, I felt arms wrap around me and water well... sweat all over me, "seeyou at the party babe, are you boys comming?" he asks Nash and Cam,
"Yeah bro, see you there and well done", I gave Matt a kiss before he left and it was perfect, I fell for him, and I'm still falling.

Cam drove Nash and I to the party, Matt got a ride with all the guys, when we got there we all grabbed a drink and had fun, just danced and everything, Nash and Cam couldn't really do anything since Alicia and Dakota weren't here but they had fun anyway, Matt and I were kissing heaps since everyone knew about us only a few people would watch which I didn't care about. I told the girls we would leave early they were upset but were half drunk so they didn't care too much, Matt said he would come. We arrived home and there was a car in my driveway? I got out of the car and we all climbed up the tree, I was the first one up but as soon as I reached the top I screamed!

"DAKOTA! ALICIA! What are you doing here?",
"Surprise" Alicia smiled hugging me, her hair looked way longer, her eyes were like mine, plain brown like her hair but at the bottom it was darker but that was natural,
"Missed you so much Mel" Dakota said, the three of us hugged for ages! Dakota had green eyes with brown hair that turned a light blond at the bottom which was also natural, they both had cool hair whereas mine was just plain, Nash and Cam reached the top,
"Bae I missed you so much" I heard Alicia say cuddling into Nash,
"I missed you more, I love you" Woah I didn't know they were that far in their relationship, Alicia never mentioned Nash in the past years.
"I love you too Nashty" she said kissing his cheek, I looked over at Dakota and Cameron who where looking at the stars wispering to each other, I could hear "I love you's" within their conversation , the tree was pretty tough it held all of us, I turned to look at Matt who was watching me with the biggest smile,
"What?" I say and can't help but smile back,
"You're so perfect", I blush but he couldnt see since it was so dark, "and you're so drunk", I kiss his nose and we just looked up at the stars in silence, I wasn't ready to say I love you yet, and I know he wasn't either, it was better like that in a way,
"So Mel we're gonna need a place to stay.. for the next day before we leave to San Fran..." Alicia says winking at Nash,
"Are you coming?" He whisper screams,
"Yes ofcourse I just dont want to be on stage" Leesh says and he laughs,
"Surprise Melissa!" Matt says and kisses me,
"What surprise?" I ask...
"I know your birthdays next week and I want you to come to Magcon with all of us, I was just waiting on a response from Leesh and Kods" he says then he kisses my cheek.
"No way! But I have to ask mum" I said thinking of everything,
"Already sorted, we leave sunday but Nash and Cam leave tomorrow with Dakota and Leesh, that gives us an extra day together" he said wispering in my ear. I smiled and we all ended up going into my garden, Matt texted his parents he was staying over with everyone, we all just stargazed and fell asleep together, it was....

Perfect.
