We end up going to this jumping place in the mall, Tat seems to be good friends with the referee boy, I only assume that's what he would be called. As his job is watching children and teenagers jump, okay and wrestle on trampolines, indoors while wearing a referees shirt and whistle.
"Jakey!" Tat yells as we enter the park farming a small herd around the check in area
"Tatianna! Haven't seen you in awhile! So how many? I'm seeing 4." The guy I'm assuming's name is Jake replies
"Yup. Is there any discounts for your girly?" She smiles at him sweetly
"Oh there always is." He says with a small smirk
"Yay! Thank you." She smiles back
"Okay I'm gunna need names. I got Yours and Ash's, but the two gents in the back?" He says looking at us
"Oh, Lucas Thomas Korns." Luke says in a cheepish intimidating way, banging his fist on the counter in a comedic way causing Tatianna to look at him strangely
"Luke. It's just Luke." She laughs slightly to the referee boy
"And you?" He says looking at me
"Michael." I reply without care
"No middle or last name, or counter abuse?" He laughs as he raises an eyebrow
"No that's a Luke thing," I half heartedly laugh, hiding my slight irritation I have, for a reason I can't quite figure out.
"Alright here's how bracelets. Have fun." He smiles and we all go to the lockers
We get one to share and put our shoes and valuables in it, then sitting to put on the trampoline socks they require.
"Mikey! I bet you can't do a backflip." Tatianna laughs as she flips her way across the trampolines
"I'd break my back." I laugh as I can just visualize myself dying
"I'll do it!" Luke cheers happily as he jumps a few times then spontaneously flips backwards, landing on his butt
"See! If Luke can do it anyone can." Tat laughs
"I guess your right," I laugh with her as I begin to do my flip
I jump a few times and brace myself for a broken neck as I do the flip, only to be surprised as I land on my feet.
"Heyyy! He did it!" Ashlyn laughs as she claps with tat
"Good job mikey!" Tat claps as she walks over and hugs me
"Hey! No pda." A low voice yells from behind us
"Okay first off, your face voices suck ass. Second, fight me Jake it's a fucking hug not sex." Tat yells before she even turns around
"Damn." The boy laughs at her snappy reply
"Good thing too." He continues to walk as he laughs and my irritation just grows larger
"Play along." Tat whispers to us as she grabs my hand
"What? A girl can't flirt with her boyfriend in public?" She snaps back at him, wrapping my arm around her
"Oh..." I say quietly as I stand there awkwardly, letting her do as she pleases
"If he's our boyfriend you shouldn't have to flirt." He laughs while crossing his arms
"Well then it's just boring." She shrugs with her response
"Besides I haven't seen you two flirt or anything the entire time you've been here, and it's almost been an hour." He laughs cockily at her
"Hey, 'no pda' remember?" She says mockingly
"That doesn't stop you from throwing yourself at me." He smirks at her, with head tilting more as his cockiness goes up another level
"Aw that's cute, sweetie we're friends, I'm nice to you. I don't throw myself at you. There's a difference." She laughs sympathetically at him as she reaches out and touches his arm as if to say 'your stupid, I'm sorry'
"Gosh your sarcasm is always ahead of you isn't it." He shakes his head
"Well something's gotta run the show." She smiles and shrugs
"You guys actually dating?" He asks, I think signaling that they're play argument is over
"Yes." Ashlyn intrudes answering for Tatianna. We both just look at her wide eyed and with no response
"Oh you guys are? That's nice, you make a good couple. Her sarcastic, loud mouth, fight me, attitudeness goes well with your shy guy, don't take this offensive but nerdy type kinda Layed back type of personality. Your like the definition of opposites attract." He smiles at us and I must have givin Tatianna the most confused look ever considering she bursts out laughing at me the second she looked over
"Ash." She nudges and Ashlyn jumps over
"Come play basketball with me." She demands and drags me off
"What was that." I ask confused as hell
"He's very um, bisexual. I don't know how to put this. His gay manor shows a lot when judging things and people. It's great tho, I honestly love it like the way he talks and says things is like a bazillion times better than I could." She trails off into a rambling sessions as she starts to talk but her doing so make things so much more understandable
"Mikey, ash, were going." Tat yells and we head back to the locker
"Mikey, that's cute." I here from off in the distance somewhere
"Thanks?" I say back no knowing where it can't from
We head back to Tatianna house, and from there the girls go to her house while me and Luke go to mine. Knowing my mom being my mom, she'd want us home. And her family had probably had enough of us anyway.
But I do want to talk to tat about two things that are still just a little confusing to me, why was I getting so irritated with that Jake guy flirting and being the way he was with tat? I should have felt like that. And no one ever cleared anything up, last thing that was said was we were dating, but, were not? Or, are we now? God damnit why do You have to make things so confusing for yourself Michael.
