10 years later

I drove up our drive after work, i worked with my dad and his company. I helped him get cmpanys to invest in us and boring stuff like that. I parked the car and Jannet came running to me with a smile "mummy!" she said and i smiled and picked her up "hey sweetie, hows you?" i asked and she laughed,

"im fine, how was work?" she asked and is miled "good but i missed my three favourite girls, wheres mummy?" i asked and she smiled "helpiny Kay with her homework!" she said and i nodded "well lets go in then!" i said and we walked into the kitchen and saw Layla helping Kay, Janets twin with her homework on the dinning table.

Layla looked up and smiled "hey sweetie!" she said and i smield and walked over to her and lightly kisse dher "hey hun, hows you!" i asked and put Jannet down who just laughed "im good, how was work?" she asked as i got a bottle of water from the fridge "we have another invester, thanks to yours truely so how was your day?" i asked and sat next to Kay,

She was doing English homework and was working on punctuation. "well my sixth years are all doing test so thats a fun period, lets me catch up on marking but nothing big happened!" she said and i nodded,

"and how was you two days?" i asked Kay and Jannet and they smiled at me "it was fun, we done art and Barry squirted paint all over the teacher so her shirt was blue!" Kay said and i laughed a bit "uh-hu and Hidey made me laugh during the ministers speach in assembly so when he was going on about Jesus's death i was laughing and got a nasty glare from him!" Jannet said laughin,

I laughed a bit "so you both had fun then?" i asked and they nodded "have you done your homework?" i asked Jannet and she nodded and gave me it and i nodded "well done sweetie!" i said and kissed her head.

Kay had Dyslexia so always found her work hard but Jannet didnt. At first we didnt know Kay had it but luckily her teacher sptted it early and we know now, were still a bit puzzeled at why Jannet doesnt have it considering there twins but were not to botherd.

Both of them are 8 now and we had a sereget have them two years after me and Layla got married. I loved them all dearly and i couldnt be more thankful to Layla's dad for helping me out. Both the kids know i was in jail but it was for the wrong reason but they dont know why, something we will tell them when they get a bit older.
