Being Peter's girlfriend he always has this need to protect you, even if you knew how to protect yourself. So when the accords come to light and you feel that the Avengers should be able to protect the world as they please, it didn't make Peter happy. When he sees you're on the opposite side of him, deep down he felt betrayed, but he also knew that you were doing what was right. Even if he was doing this because of Tony and had no clue as to what this fight really was about, he didn't want to hurt you. But you were saying otherwise.
"Come on Peter, don't be a chicken!"
"Chicken? Okay now it's really on babe."
