Dear journal,
Mama has given me this journal to write about my days without her. Papa and I are moving back to Germany tomorrow mamas staying here though because Oma is very sick. I hate to leave her like this but I haven't a choice in the matter. Papa and I are german he was born and raised in Berlin. I was born there as well but after he met mama and they had me. We moved to Canada and we've lived there ever since. Papa says we left because people didn't like jews and mama was one. So i'm half jewish and half German. The fuhrer wants papa to fight for him in the war. Papa says that he really doesn't want to fight he hates the fuhrer.
I'll be going to school in Germany from now on. I hope to make some friends so I'm not as alone without mama and oma.
