Shawn's 17th birthday
Savannah POV
It was six a.m. and I was baking muffins for Shawn. I baked seventeen because Shawn is turning seventeen. As I put the freshly baked muffins on the cooling rack I hit my head.
"Aw ouch." It hurt but whatever.
By the time it was ten a.m. it was time for Shawn's party. I walked oven since Shawn just lived a street down from me.
He didn't know that he was having a party. As far as he's concerned he was spending his birthday with his family.
Then before I walked in (I was allowed to just walk in. His family knew who I was and they liked me.) The viner I liked who sings posted a vine. Today he was wearing the same mask as always but he was wearing a gray shirt and black skinny jeans. Looks like something Shawn would wear.
I walked in placed the muffins on the table and made my way over to Shawn's room. As I got closer I could hear singing then a pause then more singing. If that was Shawn it was amazing.
His door was cracked open. I peeked through and saw him writing something. When he put his pencil down he started singing it was beautiful. I gasped.
He quickly turned around saw me. Then he gasped. It was at that moment when I realized it was him...
"Shawn...It's you...Isn't it?" I asked.
"Yes." He said sighing. "Are you mad at me?"
"Honestly... NO! Why would I be? Shawn, I love that you do this. You are amazing."
"Thanks. But, you can't tell anyone." His tone got serious. "You have to promise not to tell anyone. You really can't Savannah. If you do and these songs are as good as I think... I-I. I just can't lose you... or my family." He said choking up and stuttering.
"I promise Shawn. Wait... Did you say these?" I asked excitedly. "As in more than one!?"
"Uh...um...maybe."
I ran over to where he was writing he was writing a song called Life of the party it looked like he just finished. The lyrics read...
