Let's be real here. I haven't written a single thing for Running Red in 4 months.
But I am NOT quiting.
I'm so close to finishing that I'll hate myself if I quit now. But without a personal laptop to do my writing on (it's broken if you haven't heard D:) and with a severe lack of steam for this part of the book (not to mention my complete distraction of a creative writing class. Plus I just started a brand new book set in Anultic/Tre'bon world and that has been an even further distraction), I'm forced to at least put it on hold for a little bit.
I promise to come back, but I hate to keep teasing you guys with possible upcoming chapters if that just isn't the reality. I'll be deleting this Author's Note chapter when I get the real chapters back up and going.
Really, this is bad for me more than it is for you guys. I'm worried about losing potential readers by doing this. Also, whenever I come back, you will once again be lost simply because of the time gap. Hopefully it won't be so long that these things start happening.
