Ellie's POV

It's been about 18 months (AKA a year and a half) since Eli and I became State Alchemists. Our tests were so easy, they were boring.
Well, in general, they were too boring to write about. All we had to do was write answers about alchemy we learned about in Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, show off our alchemy skills a little, and *POOF!* We're State Alchemists!
Due to our amaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing looks, Eli and I were both named "The Dual Mirror Alchemists". We might be 2 different State Alchemists, but we still shared the title. *Le sigh*.
Should I be so bored? After all, I'm in the world of alchemy and the Fullmetal Alchemist, AKA every fangirl's DREAM....... I guess its because Mustang hasn't given us an assignment yet. Yeah, I'm sure that's it.....
"Oi, Ellie!" Speak of the devil!
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT?" I asked, yelling across the rooms. I was in the hallway while Mustang was in his official office-thing.
"There's a killer on the loose- They're calling him 'Scar' due to the X shaped scar across his face!" He yelled. Immediately, I stood stock still- Scar was NOT the guy I wanted to deal with today. Heck, I never wanted to deal with him. Ever.
"Ellie-nee? You okay?" Eli came up behind me and rested her chin on my shoulder.
"Yeah, I'm okay..... Just worried about Scar," I looked into her eyes, one silver with a new slight hue of navy blue {A/N: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY RHYMING!!!}} and one golden yellow.
"We'll be okay, right?" Eli looked up at me with those innocent eyes.
"Yeah, I'm sure of it!" I laughed slightly before being cut off by a sound of yelling nearby.
"OH CRAP! ELLIE, I JUST REALIZED- BOOK TWO, CHAPTER 6- SCAR ENTERS AND TRIES TO ATTACK SOME ALCHEMISTS!" Eli basically yelled, but it wasn't QUITE loud enough to be heard by Mustang.
"CRAAAAAAAAP!!!! MUSTANG, WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!! ED'S IN TROUBLE!!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. Immediately, the colonel rushed out of his office and grabbed a pair of his gloves.
"Colonel....... Your gloves are useless in the rain," I muttered to him, causing him to glare at me.
"Tch," was all Mustang said before giving an order, "You two are prepared right now, so go find and save them!"
"Yessir!" Eli and I said at the same time before rushing out to save our two favorite characters of our favorite series.

*Eli's POV*

"...I'll start with your arm," I heard Scar say to Ed. I could imagine him taking hold of Ed's automail arm and saying, "Kindly allow me to destroy it."
I grabbed Ellie's hand and we both sprinted towards the source. We saw Ed on the ground with Al, his arm shattered in pieces. Al's body was mostly broken, the seal in blood was easy to see and was nearly broken. My eyes widened- Even though I knew that Al's seal wouldn't break, I didn't want to see if it WOULD happen anyways.
"Stop!" I yelled, not letting go of Ellie's hand as I stood in place, watching Scar try to kill Ed.
"Oh? And you are......?" Scar turned to me and my sister, "The Dual Mirror Alchemists?"
