(Y/N)'s POV

Yawning, I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Today was going to be an awes-

"There's a monster loose in the camp!!!" I heard someone scream.

Groaning but instantly awake, I quickly fumbled out of bed and dressed in jeans, a CHB tee, a (f/c) winter jacket, and matching boots.

I ran out of the door, grabbing (w/c) (weapon of choice) on my way out.

Frantically looking around, I saw what was causing all the commotion. Four giant hellhounds were running rampant in the camp. I charged toward the one with the least number of campers attacking it. Repeatedly stabbing/shooting/whatever your weapon does, I helped weaken it, and the hellhound evidently had had enough. It turned away, scampering back to the woods.

The rest of the campers around me went running off to help the others, but I saw something out of the corner of my eye that trapped my attention.

I turned my head slightly and saw a pair of... mortals? I crept closer, using the coverage of the forest to help.

"Who did the Master say to kill first?" The one in a bright blue Hawaiian shirt said in a ghostly voice.

That woman shouldn't have such a deep voice. Is it... oh what's the name... Leo told me about them before... Eidolons! That's it! I need to tell someone. Or should I face them? No, the spirits probably know how to fight, even if the mortals don't. I'll go get-

The possessed mortals had stopped talking. They were looking straight at me. This couldn't be good.

I turned on my heels and ran as fast as I could to the Big House. I saw that the hellhounds had been defeated. Two piles of golden dust were laying on the ground, slowly dissolving. I turned my head back just in time to see the person I ran straight into.

"Leo! Oh my gods! I'm so glad I found you! You know those things that possessed you? The eide- eida-" I stuttered, not knowing how to pronounce the word.

"Eidolons?" He asked, helping me up.

"Yeah, those. I'm pretty sure two are-"

"We found you." The ghostly voice said.

I wiped around and stared.

Suddenly, my vision grew dark and my head started to spin.

And then everything blacked out.

Leo's POV

I was running to find Will; there was a whole bunch of injured campers and he had left the camp with Nico a while ago.

And just like that, I was on the ground.

"Leo! Oh my gods! I'm so glad I found you! You know those things that possessed you? The eide- eida-" (Y/N) stuttered.

"Eidolons?" I asked, wondering why she was looking so terrified.

"Yeah, those. I'm pretty sure two are-" She was cut off from her sentence.

"We found you." A ghostly voice said monotonously.

Suddenly, (Y/N) was laying on the floor, as well as one of the mortals. The other one, I'm assuming this one was possessed, was brandishing a sword at me.

"I-uh-um-gotta leave!" I said, picking up (Y/N). It was pretty easy. I mean, when you work with heavy machinery all day, every day, lifting a teenaged girl is pretty easy.

I ran back to the Big House and yelled for Chiron.

"I-she-there-help-possessed-" I stammered.

"Eidolons." Chiron growled. Is it possible for a half-horse man to growl?

"Can you fix it?" I pleaded?

"Maybe. Go get Lou Ellen. She might be able to help." Chiron ordered. (Lou Ellen is a daughter of Hecate, if you didn't remember)

I didn't really want to leave (Y/N)'s side, but if it meant saving her, I would do anything.

I ran to the Hecate cabin, breathless from all the running.

"Open up!!" I yelled, pounding the door.

The silvery door opened and I saw a younger camper look at me with a little bit of fear in his eyes.

"Sorry," I said, goofily smiling. "I need Lou Ellen. Do you know where she is?"

The little boy nodded and opens the door farther. Loy Ellen stood in the middle of the cabin, staring at me.

"You need to help me. Hurry up." I ordered.

I grabbed her hand and we ran to the Big House. I let go of her hand once we were there.

"What is it?" She asked.

"It's (Y/N). She's been possessed by an eidolon." I replied.

She ran inside and found (Y/N) laying on a hospital bed, arms and legs strapped down. She was trying to break free, thrashing and attempting to yank her wrists free.

I shot a look at Chiron and he said, "She was behaving... unnaturally... so I tied her up. She was also hurting herself, seemingly trying to get the eidolon out by herself."

Lou Ellen turned to (Y/N) and muttered a few words in Ancient Greek under her breath and (Y/N) stopped thrashing and her breath settled down.

I slowly approached her bed.

"Hey." I said softly.

She fluttered her eyes open, revealing beautiful (e/c)-topped white orbs.

I heard Chiron and Lou Ellen leave as (Y/N) spoke. "I.. I thought I was going to die... it was terrible. I could feel all the guilt I have ever felt... but I also fell all the joy. A-a-and t-that j-j-joy was y-you. And it h-helped me stay strong. I-I love you Leo Valdez. I know you probably don-" I cut her off.

I pressed my chapped lips against her soft, full lips. I wasn't really the mushy-gushy type of guy, but I really did love (Y/N).

"I love you." I said once we pulled apart. "That will never change. I have loved you since you first came to camp, the moment I first laid eyes on you. I never thought that you, the beautiful daughter of (g/p), would ever love me, the greasy, oily, messy mechanic. But it turns out you did. And I love you back." I ended my confession by pressing our lips together again.

"I guess that makes us the Possessed Pair!" (Y/N) giggled once we pulled apart again.

I smiled and pulled her up. "Movie night?"

"Only if there is popcorn and you."

So I hoped you liked it! Leo's personality was a bit different than in the books but who cares?
