Blu Spy x Reader

Sorry that this isn't Part 4. I needed a break~

It was just another day, Sunday, to be exact. Meaning it was a free day. You walked up to your brother, Sniper, (a/n: he needs to be for this story to work) as he was just cleaning off his machete. "What did you do this time?" You ask him. "Nothing sis." He replied with a groan. "Everything alright?" You ask him. Sniper puts down his machete. "Spy's been acting kinda weird lately. And, I heard he was quitting the team." He sighed. No. He couldn't quit. You loved him. Nothing would changed that. But this hurt Sniper even more. They were best friends. They were so close. You sighed. "Must he quit?" You ask him. "I don't know sis." He replies. You head back to your room and pull out a picture. It had you, Sniper, and Spy together showing that you were a team. "(Y/N)?" A familiar voice said. You know that French accent. "Hey Spy." You reply. You turn around to see his head poked in the room. "I wanted to talk." He said. "About you quitting?" You ask him. Silence. "Kinda. But that's not it. I wanted to talk to you about... us." He says as he grabs your hands. "What about-" you were interrupted by Spy kissing you. You were kissing him back. Please don't let this be a dream. You think to yourself. "Mission begins in 60 seconds." The announcer says making you both jump. "You ready, Spy?" You ask him as you grab your weapons. (A/n: what is your weapons. I use a bow and arrows and a sword.) "Of course." He replies.

(The next mission the next day)

Sniper kept looking at the picture of the 3 of you. You put your hand on his shoulder. "He's in a better place." You tell him. He smiles. You both try not to cry. "C'mon partner." Engi says to both of you. You grab your weapons. You notice Sniper putting Spy's knife in his pocket. You both head out to see Demoman explode himself on accident. You try so hard not to laugh. Sniper just smiles.

(Later)

You both are on a killing streak. You see the RED Engineer building dispensers which brings a flashback. Spy sapping those dispensers and sentries. RED Engineer was coming to kill him so Sniper shot him. You were all smiling that day. That was yesterday. But you were too focused on your thoughts to hear someone behind you. You got shot in the head. You respawned in anger. You knew it was the Red Spy. It was the only way. Sniper was trying to fight him but he lost his gun. He pulled out Spy's knife. And was able to kill the Red Spy. Suddenly, the announcer shouted "Blu team has almost reached the final turrent!" (a/n: I think that's what it said. I might be wrong) Sniper then noticed his hat was gone but instead was on Soldier along with his own helmet. Red team tried to stop him but it was no use. "Victory!" The announcer shouted when the bomb blew up. Luckily, you were peeking around the corner this whole time and noticed Soldier on the ground laughing while Sniper's hat fell back on him.

(Later)

You and Sniper were sitting on the edge of a platform, again looking at the picture of you 3. You grab Sniper's hand and put your head on his shoulder. You look at each other and nod at each other. Sniper drove you to the Respawn Failure Memorial. You both stood at one certain grave. You both didn't notice the Red Spy near you guys. Sniper took off his hat and start transforming into Spy.

(Flashback of yesterday)

Spy stood in shock when he saw Red Spy standing behind Sniper. He shot Sniper. Luckily, you got revenge and shot Red Spy. Spy ran to the Spawn Area and waited for Sniper. But he never came out. You called for Medic to heal Sniper. But it didn't work. You kept crying knowing that he was gone. Spy came back. By the looks of it, he knew too.

(Now)

Spy pulled out his gun and held it to the Red Spy's head. "Apologizes." Red Spy said. Blu Spy put the gun down. You were sitting on Sniper's grave saying, "It should've been me. Why didn't he go for me? I was right next to you." You whispered cried. Spy put his hand on your shoulder. But this event just made you and Spy more closer than ever. Sometimes now and then, you can hear Sniper in your head saying, "I'll be back someday. There's no such thing as respawn failures. Only respawn delays." You still dated Spy and he never quit. But maybe, just maybe, he'll become your husband.
