1.Open PicsArt 2.Once you open it,go to edit photos 3.Choose a photo that you need to cut for example,I use Marcus and Martinus 4.Go to draw 5.Tap the layer on the north part of the screen and tap the last layer where the model is exist 6.Tap the first type in erase and erase the whole parts except the body and face of the model 7.And your done!
