How to make a bubble head?
•open PicsArt
•go to draw
•pick any picture.I pick MM of course!
•crop his face
•after you get the face PNG,save it.
•open PicsArt again
•pick the image that you choose last time
•add the face PNG and lay it to the face that you crop awhile ago,make it larger to the original face
•Then your done!
