YOUR POV

I am sat out on the balcony of my flat in jeans and jumper with a blanket slung over me. I sipped on hot cocoa, looking at the peachy sunset over London. He's out there, somewhere, I thought to myself. I had a sudden idea and went into my room. I grabbed my old acoustic guitar and came and sat back outside on the balcony chair. I strummed at the strings and began to sing softly.

"Oooh, I wanna shout the loudest" I finished my song, Brad well and truly on the brain. There was a man on the balcony next to me, around my age, staring at me. "That was beautiful" he spoke softly. "Thank you," i blushed. "Any reason why it was that song?" he asked, genuinely interested. "oh, it just reminds me of an old friend. It's his song. He's out there somewhere, probably looking at the sunset like i was" replied, smiling "Well, it was a beautiful song and it was sung beautifully. Tell me, young lady, what is your name?2 he said. "Y/N." "Well, Y/N, I wish thee a good night! Farewell young mistress!" He said with a smile, swishing his blanket behind him like a cape. I laughed heartily and shook my head, putting the guitar down and grabbing my phone. I opened snapchat and took a picture of the sunset. Don't suppose you're doing the same are you?? I captioned it. I sent it to Brad. I quickly got replies. But not from Brad, from Connor, his band mate. Connor had obviously stolen his phone and was spamming me for no reason. i giggled as i got another reply (attached photo) i took a photo of me in my blanket, captioning it with: see you both next weeeeeeek! Can't bloomin' wait :)) x. They replied with a nice selfie saying See you thereeeeee  x

It was getting late so i put away my blanket and guitar and headed off to bed, smiling to myself. Just the thought of him makes me smile.
