I felt something shake me as my eyes slowly opened. Apparently, I fell asleep on the bus. The noon sun shined brightly at my eyes as they adjusted to the light.
I looked up to see whoever woke me up. It was a young thin girl with golden blonde hair that looked like she was around my age.
"Hey, wake up." She said in an effort to get my attention.
I held my hand to my forehead in a daze. "Where are we?"
"We're at school. Are you going to med school too?"She responded softly.
"Yeah, are you?"
She smiled brightly at my response and offered her hand to pull me up off the seat, which I accepted.
"I'm going there too." her face beamed. "It's very nice to meet you. My name is Elizabeth, but people call me Eliza."
Eliza? That's a pretty name. "My name is Jack."
"Do you want to walk with me?" Eliza asked nicely.
"Yeah, sure. That sounds nice."
I walked with her and we looked around the campus together.
