For the next 8 years the Mikaelson's went through ups and downs having Mia get pregnant by Jay and having Elena cause trouble but they always managed to get life back on track and find a way to stick together.
Carol, Liz and the rest of the mystic falls gang got joined into the Mikaelson family and every supernatural knew if you messed with one Mikaelson you mess with all 20. No one could come between them and nothing could replace them.
They grew closer and made the biggest blood promise they could create 'no matter how big or small, far or near, Mikaelson's are forever and always' and that's the way it stayed.
I'm sorry if you didn't like it but it's the best I could think of and I'm hoping you appreciate the time I took to write it.
