It was the next morning,the morning we get to take our beautiful baby girl home as I packed the last thing in the suitcase I looked over at Hanna who still looked worried from last night. I walked over to her and wrapped her in my arms "hey..it's gonna be okay,I promise." I said as she smiled at me. "Now come on let's go,everyone's waiting.
"Okay she said getting the baby carry and walking out the door"
When we got out to the waiting room everyone ran up to us asking if we needed help
"Here let me help you." Are said taking the baby bag
"Yea yea!, let me get that for you." Spencer said taking the balloons and gift baskets
"Guys guys!." I said with a chuckle "we can handle this."
"We know,but we just want to make sure you guys are okay and you have all the help you need." Emily said
"Thank you em." Hanna said as we were walking out to the car
"Here we'll take this for you and meet you back at the house" em said loading the balloons and gifts into her car
As we got into the car and strapped Taylor in I could tell Hanna was upset so I took her hand and held it as tight as I could "I love you" I said "I love you too Caleb" she said looking at me." I can't believe in just 4 weeks we're gonna be married..again" she said sweetly laughing "it's going to be perfect"
"Because now I have the perfect family" I said turning into the driveway

Hannah's pov
When we pulled into the driveway I saw this big set up with balloons and signs "oh gosh" i thought. They must've did this last night" I told Caleb in aw as I got Taylor from the backseat
"If they did this..imagine what we're about to walk Into" he said getting the backs from the trunk
"WELCOME HOME" Everyone said greeting us as we walked through the door I guess Taylor heard that because she started crying
"Oops we're sorry" Spencer said quietly
"I got her" Caleb said as I handed him Taylor
"Hi hi.shhh it's okay it's okay" Caleb said as Taylor calmed down
"He's so good with her already" aria said as I sat the baby carrie down
"I know" I said smiling looking at Caleb and Taylor from the kitchen
"What did you guys do with" aria said looking around "the basket" she finished in a whisper
"You know?!" I asked
"Yea I'm the one who called hospital security when I saw someone in a black hoody dropping off something at your door but when I did they had already left
"Thanks ari" I said sighing ~~a few hours later~~
As everyone left and it was just me and Caleb again I started feeling more and more like a family. Caleb had told me to go upstairs because he had something he needed to take care of on the balcony I've been up here for 45 minutes I was sitting on the bed rocking Taylor to sleep when Caleb knocked softly on the door
"Hey are you ready." He said in a whisper when he saw Taylor asleep
"Yea.." I said putting Taylor in her room. "where are we going?." I asked shutting the door softly
"You'll see." He said taking my hand and leading me down stairs
When we got outside Caleb put his hands over my eyes leading me out to the balcony it felt like forever but we finally got out there and when I did I was shocked
"Caleb!." I said with a gasp "this is beautiful." I said tearing up

"Well I figured.." he said getting down on one knee" "since I never got the chance to actually propose." He said taking my hands

"YES YES YES!!" I said in tears "I love you so much Caleb."
" I love you more" he said spinning me around

~~ 2 hours later~~
As we walked upstairs 2 hours later we went to check on Taylor who was sleeping like the angel she was I looked over and saw Caleb tearing up
"Caleb are you trying" I asked with a chuckle
"I'm just so lucky" he said hugging me
"Don't get all sappy on me now Caleb" I said jokingly
"Don't start" he said rolling his eyes "goodnight my princess." He said kissing Taylor on the forehead I love you" he said closing the door softly."when do you go pick up your dress?" He asked laying on the bed
"Tomorrow" I said yawning
"Come here." He said smiling and opening his arms
"I love you caleb" I said as I cuddle up to him "I love you too baby" I heard him say just before falling asleep with a smile on my face.
