I've never been so afraid in my life
Nervously crying all throughout the night
Battling sleep with a dull knife
But sleep always wins
Conqoring the fright left within
But a nightmare woke me
It was as if someone tried to choke me
The deep darkness returned
I was consumed by anxiety, My courage left to burn
Fealings of trepidation filled my mind
Crippling my body with pain that overflowed down to my spine.
The voices just won't leave me alone
I hear them even when I use earphones
I can't wash clean My conscience,
I must apologize if I want my thoughts realigned
So that I can finally have peace of mind!
