Christian's POV:
It was a game day and me and the boys were having BP. We all got along well and always liked to goof around. Stanton and me had an amazing bond, we hung out a lot.
As I was watching Dee hit I heard that Don was talking with someone behind us. I turned around and he called me over. He was with a girl that I had never seen before. I'd be lying if I said that she wasn't gorgeous.
When I got to them Don said "Yelich I want you to meet Y/N" I couldn't stop staring at her. She said "Nice to meet you" She was just smiling the whole time and fuck I want to make her mine already. I said " Christian, hope to see you around "
Don told me that she was gonna be our new physician and I couldn't stop smiling after that. He told me to take her to meet the guys and I did as ordered. She said "So do the guys like to goof around?" I told her yeah that they can get pretty annoying but they are really chill.
When we got to the guys they all stared at her with their mouths open like they were about to drool. That made me tense up which I don't know why I did it because I just met her.
Y/N's POV:
I was so excited that I'm finally going to do what I've always wanted. When I met Don, he was super nice to me and then he introduced me to Christian Yelich. I've gotta say he looks better in person, I've always loved him and now that I gotta meet him made everything better. I was really nervous when Don introduced me to him, I was just hoping that I didn't make a fool of myself in front of him.
I was now gonna meet the boys and boy was I excited, I've always been a fan of the Marlins. My two favorites were Christian Yelich and Giancarlo Stanton, they're really great players and a bonus is that they're very good looking. It was quiet while Yelich and me were walking so I asked if the boys were goofy. He told me yeah, that they could get annoying but they were chill.
Once we got to the boys Christian told them to listen up and they all their mouths open when they saw me. He introduced me to them and I waved and said "Nice to meet you guys, I'm Y/N and I am the new physician. I hope we can all get along."
I went into my office and and got all my things organized. Then there was a knock and Giancarlo came in. I asked what I could do for him, tried keeping it professional but he made me nervous because he was a really big guy compared to me who was just 5'0. He told me" Hey Y/N, I ... I was won... wondering if you wanted to grab lunch with me?" Aww he was nervous which was cute. I told him "Uhh yeah sure, I would love to." With that he smiled and left.
Like two hours later, almost lunch time Christian came in and asked me if I wanted to go eat with him. I felt bad that I was going with Stanton but I mean he asked me first soo... I told him "Umm actually, I'm already going with Stanton sorry" His smile turned into a frown but he tried to hide it. He said "Well maybe another day" and he left with that.
