I rose from my bed as the morning sun of Vaniville hits my face. I yawn as I slowly get off my bed and head to the bathroom
As I got out from the steaming shower I rinsed myself off and opened the tiny little window to let the hot steam in
I got my clothes, which I wear regularly and put them on. I stared at the mirror as I dried my hair with my towel I wondered to myself 'if people were to find out That I'm different from them, how would react and would I be feared amongst the civilians of Kalos
Then when I finished drying my hair I walked out of my dorm on my way to meet Gary
As I was walking through the hallway to the main exit I bumped into Paul (the silent one)
"Morning," he said in a dull tone
"Where are you going at this time," I ask
I push the doors and we walk out in the open
"Well before you came, all the boys arranged a Guys day, and me, Drew, and Gary arrange a place to go to chill or play games"
"That sounds amazing, could I join?" I ask with stars in my eyes
He rings the doorbell to Gary's home and in an instant, Gary answers the door
"Sup Guys," he looks around "Where's Drew?"
Paul speaks up "He had to cancel because he is training with May for her next performance, which is NEXT YEAR!"
Gary chuckles in response "well, they've been friends for a very long time and Drew would do anything for her, I'm just surprised he hasn't made the first move yet" he shrugs his shoulders
"Let's go then," Gary says enthusiastically as he closes the door behind him and walks out with me and Paul in pursuit
"Well I have the perfect place to go to spend our day" Gary turns to us, making him walk backward
"We are not going to the Haloween theme park" Paul say with an annoyed look on his face
Gary sweat drops "no no no no, we're going paintballing" he raises his hands up in the air showing a ton of excitement
"WOAH! I've never been there before" I say but on the inside, I was confused 'what was paintballing' I say in my thoughts
"oh yeah, that's what I call a men's day out" Paul smirks
Gary smirks "And since I'm the grandson of the famous Kanto professor, we get to go Free of charge"
"Well then what are we waiting for, Let's go then," I say as I quicken my pace and the two follow behind

"Well here we are" Gary spreads his arms and point to the billboard above us
Me and Paul Stare at the whole site of the battlefield
"Wow, the place bigger than I thought it would be"
We walk in and we are greeted by a number of people by the armory getting prepared for their next battle
Gary walks into a counter
"Hey I'm Gary Oak, Grandson of Professor Oak of the Kanto region," he says "he made a reservation for three" he then points at me and Paul
The lady checks a very large list
"Okay then, Mr. Oak you are registered, but unfortunately the minimum amount of people in a group is 6, your group is too small and you've got to be with another"
Gary shrugs his shoulders "Okay then, who are we with then"
"You would be with a group of 7 people" she replies "And they are located by the armory" She points at their direction
Gary nods "Thanks"
We all walk away to the group and soon spot the people we are with and we greet them and soon were all settled together
Once we suit up and get ready
The Battle Begins

"aww" Paul rubs his arm "Those paintballs hurt, a lot"
"word" Gary says
I walk calmly with a smirk on my face
Gary and Paul both look at me confused
"Why are you so happy," he asks
"I never got hit, once" I chuckle
Gary smirks "no, you had to, at least once"
I turn around and face them making me walk backward "I was a sniper, I headshot people as they walked past"
The two stare at me in shock and disbelief "you're lying" they both say at the same time
I turn back around and walk normally "well, haters gotta hate"
Paul soon went home after an hour or so leaving just me and Gary
"Hey Ash, can I ask you a question"
I turn to face him "Sure"
"Yesterday when I went home I saw something, it glowed red and it transformed into a Talonflame and flew off, and could that be you by any chance," he asks
I mentally panicked 'Oh no, he might've seen me transform, what do I do'
"Answer me," he says impatiently
I've had enough of lying to myself so I had to tell the truth
I bow my head and reply with a yes
"Show me" he pleads
"okay then" I take a step back and an orange glow flows through and around me
'I was about to show someone from the outside world my secret, but I didn't care, I need to forget my fears and come out'
As my transformation was complete I came out as
Charizard
"Woah" Gary stares in awe as he walks around me and inspecting me by feeling my wings
"Are you done?" I say
"Why didn't you tell me this before"
I transform back to normal and face him
"If you had the power to transform into any Pokemon you wish, would you tell the entire world"
Gary thinks for a bit and realizes "No,"
We carry on walking back to our dorm since it's Sunday 'Damn'
"Well are there any more like you, where are your parents"
I bow my head down as memories of my mother begin flowing into my head
"That is a question I won't answer," I say as a tear flows down my cheek but I wipe it off before he noticed
When we reached the dorms I went to bed with out saying a word
Ending the day
