" hey Percy-bear"
"  Amy what do you want?" Amy and her two little minions won't leave me alone no matter how many times I turn them down.
"Will you go to the winter dance with me?"
I sighed in annoyance " I have a girlfriend the answer is no."
She pressed her lips together and said" she's not here is she, she doesn't have to know, if she even exists." She said rolling her eyes
I started to get mad " Ok first of all annabeth is VERY real, and even if she wasn't why would I want to go out with a slut like you?"
She scoffed and sashayed away.
"Dude why do you turn down every girl that asked you to the dance?" My friend Noah asked
"Because bro I've told you already."
"Oh yea your 'girlfriend in California , when do we get to meet her anyway?"
"I don't know bro." I sighed
I suddenly hear a very familiar scream comings from behind me the person then proceeded to jump on my back and say Perseus Jackson in a real deep and monster kind of way so I grabbed her wrist and tried to judo flip her except instead of landing on her back she twisted and landed gracefully on her feet. I was in shock " h-how did y-you d-do that?" I stammered
A peal of laughs came from her mouth it sounded like bells. She turned around it was Piper McLean. "PIPER!" I screamed and picked her up in a hug until I heard a muffled    " get off me."
I let go " what are you doing here?" I asked
" Well my dads making me go to public school again so here I am, in public school instead of at camp." She said with a hint of annoyance
"Oh that mysterious camp that you all met at." Of course Noah said that, I didn't know what to say but luckily Piper  came to my rescue
" Oh hey Noah,It's a camp where only dyslexic or ADHD kids can go"
"Oh I'm both" Noah's girlfriend Beth said
Piper gave me a look."well we might just have to take you in sometime." She said with a  shrug. Beth smiled
RIIIINNNNGGGGG the first bell rang
" Well we should all get to class"
"Piper what's your first class?"
"Ummm...." she looked at her phone" math"
Wait a second she had a phone? Since when did she get a phone and I didn't?
"Wait how come you get a phone?" I whined
"Oh Leo's dad gave one to everyone"
"What?! How come I didn't get one?"
"You left before he brought them." She said matter of factly.

Piper rolled her eyes "you such a baby"  She brought out a black phone with a blue cover with waves as the background." Your lucky I brought one for you." She said raising her eyebrows. I grabbed the phone " thank you thank you thank you pipes, your the best" I said hugging her.
"Ok not to ruin anything but is she your long lost girlfriend from California?" Noah asked
Piper glared at him " um no I'm just his friend why do you ask?"
"Well you see, every girl here has been asking him out and he keepers saying that he has a girlfriend." Noah says with a  shrug
Piper looked at me and sighed " at least your still loyal."
I rolled my eyes of course I'm loyal it's my fatal flaw. RIIIINNNNGGGG the second bell rang
"Ok now we really need to get to class."
