We begin life in water
Life ends with water
Without water, you die
Too much water and you die
Our bodies are up to sixty percent water
Our bodies shed water
You can go up to ten days without water
However, to survive you must have water.
Water carves monuments
Water creates canyons
Modern machines use water
Water can cut a stainless steel eight-inch plate
Water clings to dust molecules and causes rain
Water whittles mountains
Yet water streaming from my eyes
Does none of these things
Although, it can move a human heart
And I find that both astounding and fascinating.
