Welcome to the second issue of Laugh Attack, Wattpad's very own humour WattZine. In case you've been living in a cave, or perhaps you simply don't follow the few people who voted on and gave shout-outs to our first issue, we debuted in January with something called "My Alien Boyfriend," which dealt with something we all have experience with.
This second issue, however, deals with something far more far-fetched than extra-terrestrial lover-dudes. Yeah, this one's about animals as our public servants, specifically presidents.
