Phichit Chulanont x Reader (Manga)

As I happily skipped down the street I turned around to check that my boyfriend, Phichit was in tow behind me. "Come on slow poke! Before all the good ones are gone!" I giggled and watched as he smiled playfully.

"I'm coming, you're just going really fast." He stated firmly and smiled to me as I slowed down and walked by his side with a pout. "As long as the good ones aren't gone." I mumbled and chuckled. I gently held Phichit's hand as we walked beside one another toward the manga store.

I had seen an advertisement about a 50% sale off on all manga novels, so being the person that I am (and Phichit being so willing) i swiftly whisked myself toward the store. "I wonder what kind I'll get," I spoke to myself out loud while Phichit listened with a smile, "maybe an adventurous type. Or a mystery-"

Phichit interrupted, "well you can have a look now. We are here," he laughed as he finished his sentence and my eyes widened as I flew open the doors and made my way into the store. I went to the first stand and picked up the first piece. 'The shojo table' I thought to myself as I scanned the novel and went through the rest of them. Phichit walked behind me with his arms prepared to carry all of my desired books.

"Hmmmm, this looks good." I said and handed it to Phichit, he didn't complain but had a smile on his face as if he was literally happy to be there. "Why don't you look at the horror category? You like that stuff don't you (Y/N)?" He asked and I gently twirled my thumbs against one another.

"Well- sort of, y-yeah!" I said and went to find the harrowing death that was the horror section. I only said I liked it in order to make myself look cool in front of Phichit, I mean I don't mind it but I also like a lot of stuff.

I gulped and picked up the first book scanning it gently. To my surprise it wasn't that bad either, I actually enjoyed it. I handed it to Phichit as he arrived and smiled gently. "That one looks good as well." I said and giggled.

Phichit shrugged and blushed gently, "go nuts, it's half price on everything after all." He reminded me and I clicked my fingers. "You're so right." I laughed and went through the sections, my pile that Phichit, who totally volunteered to carry, started to grow taller.

I went through and got a few of my favourites- (( A/N: You may not like some of these options but I'm just listing them :3 ))

I got the new volume of Attack On Titan as well as an extra two volumes of Black Butler. Those were two of my favourites, but I also enjoyed Fairy Tail as well and grabbed a few volumes of those. Phichit seemed to be getting tired from the adding weight.

I rubbed his arms, "you stay here- and I'll go to the last section....." I insisted that he stayed put and went to my most favourite section.

I giggled happily and stepped into the sections, I grabbed some volumes that looked.....intriguing to my eyes. I had my own pile in my arms and walked back toward Phichit and smiled at him. "Lets head to the checkout then." I told him, and his face looked even more than relieved.

I sat my pile on the counter and made sure Phichit couldn't see them, while I watched him sit down the pile he was carrying. The cashier's eyes didn't widen, as if they weren't surprise that there was about 50 volumes of manga. It was as if it was a completely normal thing for someone to do.

We got to the end price and I paid for it after refusing to let Phichit pay for it instead.

"Just let me pay for it will you?"
"No! You don't have to, I'll do it- it's fine~"
"(Y/N) stop being stubborn"
"never"

I paid and took my bags as I waited for Phichit. When he appeared we walked back toward his house, once we were there we dropped everything on the counter and let out a defeated sigh. "Next time," Phichit said, "we invest in a trolley." I nodded and laid down on the couch, mumbling lousily to him "agreed"

"A nap sounds good." Phichit got on the other end of the couch and laid down with a satisfied sigh. "Thanks for today..." I mumbled gently while I felt my eyes begin to drop. "No problem..." Phichit said and yawned "I love you"

"Same" I said to him, too tired to bother and swiftly fell asleep on the couch along with Phichit followed closely behind me after he chuckled.
