Dean's POV
"Who gave you that ring? A girl you slept with once?"
"No! Your SON! And I haven't 'just slept with' someone in 2years" I yelled back at Cas' Mother
"Chuck anything you wanna say?"
"Y-yea actually Becky sweetheart let's talk about this later and Dean congratulations... sorta. Now c'mon"
Why was Chuck being so nice?
Nothing Could've prepared me for this

He was laying in the hospital bed with cuts and bruises everywhere
The heart monitor was fine... for the moment
But there was just something about him he looked like...
He was dying
Something about seeing Man I love laying there like that killed me
Unfortunately I couldn't go hold his hand due to the fact that his family was surrounding him
That's when a doctor came in to give us the news
"Ok so I'm sorry to say this but he took pretty bad cuts and those seem to be okay but he's weak
But in the current state he's in he's lucky to have 5more days let alone wake up soon. I'm sorry to have to be the one to give you the news."
I must've passed out from shock or dehydration
Either way I woke in a hospital bed myself
"Where's Cas?" I asked shooting up from the bed "and when can I go?"
"They said you're good to go as soon as you wake up but... you can't go to Cas..."
"Why not?!"
"Because Dean, Cas has been going in and out of shock, Cas keeps Dying or almost Dying... therefore Family only."
"Sam... I am family."
"No I mean Cas' family"
"I know what you meant. And Sam I am Family."
"No I mean by marriage or blood dean..."
"Sam! When Cas got in the crash he was driving home from Proposing to me... therefore I'm officially Family"
"Congrats Man! Go be with your fiancé now."
"I'll wait with you." I said hoping he would tell me to go anyways
"No dude go I'm only in here alone because Gabriel wasn't aloud in here for some weird reason that his parents wouldn't tell me so he's waiting for you to come in so he can sneak out to be with me... you didn't see how much he had been crying."
"Ok then" I said and walked to Cas' room his parents were standing next to him and his brothers were in the chairs along with Michael
"I'm Going to go to the bathroom" Gabriel said walking out
"Is he any better?" I asked quietly
"Get out! you freak of nature!" Becky yelled at me
"No!"
"Get away from our son, and back into Hell where you came from... devil spawn" she yelled all except the last part, the last part she whispered
"Chuck help me out here please! I love Cas with everything I have! Everything! Just please help me"
"Becky, get out!" Chuck demanded
"Excuse me?!"
"You heard me get. Out!"
"No! He's my son!"
"Actually he's OUR son and you just called him devil spawn too.... sooo... GET! OUT!"
Becky stomped out of the room obviously mad
"He's doing better... they managed to stabilize him. But they still think his days are numbered" he said mourningly "I'm happy he found you... Now Michael, Lucifer? You Aren't just friends are you?"
"No...." Lucifer started bet got cut of by Michael kissing him passionately
I chuckled slightly before walking up to Cas on the hospital bed taking his hand and looking at the ring
God! I loved this man
I lifted his hand up a bit And placed a soft kiss to his ring
Then I leaned down and kissed his forehead
"So who's going to stay?"I asked hoping they'd ask me to stay
"Well the original plan was Becky but..... anyways I don't know ummm... how about you?"
"You know I'll stay here if none of you will."
"Ok then that settles it! Dean, you will stay we will come during visiting hours which are about to end! Wait where is Gabriel?!"
"Umm... you know my little brother Sam?"
"Yea..."
"Well they're dating!"
"Oh ok... well let's just hope they don't break up and hate each other because looks like they going to be stuck together their whole lives weather they stay together or not!"
"D-de-dean?"
