I walk into Cas' room and see him sitting up smiling
"Cas!" I say happily starting to cry As I ran to him in his hospital bed attacking him with a hug
"Hey Dean, what's wrong why are you crying?"
"Well earlier it was because Sam told me you had died...and now it's because I'm relieved..."I said looking at him still partially worried this was a dream
I softly cupped his cheek with my hand smiling before I softly kissed him
When he pulled away he said three words
"I love you..."
I kissed him again before turning to Sam where he was sitting with Gabriel sitting in his lap
"Now, SAM! Why did you tell me Cas was DEAD?!?!"
"Because..." was his response before Gabriel cut him off
"It was my idea!" Gabriel said
"ugh! Whatever" I said rolling my eyes
"Come here" Cas said patting the spot on the bed next to him with a smile
I sat down and pulled Cas into my arms
He didn't move he just relaxed into my embrace
I kissed his hair causing him to smile
We spent the rest of the day just relaxing like that and talking
Charlie, John and Sherlock even came by for a little while
"I Love you"I said kissing Cas softly on the Lips...AGAIN...
