Shotgun Marriage [Chanbaek]

SHOT FIFTY SEVEN

Its lunch time and still. Jongdae, Kyungsoo and Jongin heard nothing from Baekhyun about his separation from Chanyeol, they tried to set that aside for they know the midget is still holding a grudge inside.

When they arrived at the cafeteria. Baekhyun just ask Jongdae to buy him anything that is edible to eat and proceed on the available table near the corner

Once Baekhyun was alone and seated on the table. He keep his self busy with scrolling random things on his cellular device. Until a certain article caught his attention

"The youngest business man in Korea, Park Chanyeol will soon dominate the world?"

He waste no time and click the article about his ex husband. And it says there that Park Chanyeol extend his business to the other part of the world [America] with partnership with the unknown business man who owns a famous and luxurious clothing line around the world

"He seems not affected with our separation. Why is it in the drama that I have watched, both sides should be depressed and one of them will find ways to reconcile with the other" he fume softly and close his cellular device

"This man did not even think of texting or something. He could ha--" he stop fuming when he remember the weird guy that approached him early this morning and the paper he gave to him

Baekhyun search in his pocket but the paper was not there. He tried on his bag and saw it a little crumbles between his books

Pulling it out from his bag. He make sure to flatten it first using his palm before opening it

With its plain outside. Baekhyun expected that its just an informal letter or a brochure for an advertisement. He open the paper and gave a lazy look when he saw a short short letter written in the middle of the paper

But though the letter is as little as a phrase. It still gives big impact to his mood

"Bring my daughter to my home and collect all your things back. I want you to do it after your class" - Park Chanyeol

After reading it. He stares at the letter for a while to take time to releases the sudden jolt of pain in his chest

"I told you I did not!!" A loud whines of Jongdae startle him making him crumpled the paper quickly and toss it in his bag before his bestfriends could even reach the table

"You did!" Kyungsoo argue as he placed his tray full of foods in the table followed by Jongin who was heaving a deep sigh while watching the shorter males argue over something

"Baekhyun does it look like a hickey?" Jongdae ask once his butt touches the chair and showed his neck with two round red marks on it

Baekhyun look and touch Jongdae's neck like he was examining it. "Yeah. One hundred and one percent sure it was a hickey, so youre already open huh?" He teased as he reached for the food Jongdae had bought him

A sour and defeated look flash on the whiny male's face after Baekhyun teased him followed by a smirk of Kyungsoo

"You did have sex with your boyfriend last night. Just admit it and tell us who is the bottom"

"I wont spill anything that did not happen!"

"Yah! Enough of that. Baekhyun" Jongin interrupted and turning all the attentions to Baekhyun who was about to place a spoonful of pasta in his mouth "Still wont share anything to us?"

The midget place down the his food and look down. The three males just stares at him and anticipate on whatever Baekhyun's gonna say

"We had a fight and I went back home to my parents. And we divorce. Thats it" he briefly share and straighten his head again

"If he's not yet ready dont force him"  Jongdae said and pat Baekhyun's head "Just eat. You look like a limp dick Baek" he joke and push a slice of bread in Baekhyun's mouth

And out of the blue. Kyungsoo excuses his self saying he will just go to the bathroom which is so unaccepted reason for they went to the bathroom before going to the canteen

But nonetheless the three continue to eat until five minutes had pass, Kyungsoo went back and finish his food in a hurry

"Guys, Jongin and I need to go we cant attend our last class so just pass us a note okay?" Baekhyun and Jongdae nodded and Kyungsoo hurriedly pull his boyfriend out of the canteen leaving the two confused. Or it was just Baekhyun? Because after the couple left Jongdae shrugged and smile like an idiot while Baekhyun still stare at the way where the couple disappear

"What's up with them? Did something happened while Im not around?"

"Nothing. Just finish your foods because we only have ten minutes left"

"But.."

"No buts Byun, it was supposed to be you who sharing lots of things to us"

Not wanting to argue more. Baekhyun just finish his foods

"Jongdae" he call remembering about the letter he had read "are you free after class?"

The whiny male looks uo trying to think of the things he will do after class

"Im sorry Baek but Minseok and I will meet after class. Why?"

"Nothing. Just asking" he softly mumbles. The truth is he was nervous of going back to Chanyeol's house alone

When he finished his food. They clean their table and gathered their things. They both walk back towards their next class and Baekhyun was like a body guard keeping Jongdae safe from anyone for the latter was busy texting someone

Out of annoyance. He peep on the other's phone and surprisingly he saw his name written on the screen

"Yah! Who is that? Why is he mentioning my name?" Baekhyun tried to peek again but Jongdae quickly lock his cellular device and slip in in his pocket

"Just no one"

Not satisfied with Jongdae's reply. Baekhyun move to get Jongdae's cellphone and the latter was alarmed so he hold his pocket tight to prevent Baekhyun's hand to slip in his pocket

"Just show me the message!"

"No!"

"Then tell me who is it!"

They keep battling in the hallway not minding the people around them. Until the bell rings causing them to freeze

"We're late!!" Jongdae shout and push Baekhyun off him and run towards the classroom

"If I get your cellphone. I'll crushed it and I will not regret it!"

Why is Kyungsoo and Jongdae talking about me behind my back? Are they backstabbing me?

Baekhyun mentally said and run after Jongdae. He was sure he saw Kyungsoo's name on the sender's ID.
