Plotline: What if the uprising never happened? What if the 75th hunger games weren't picked from the victors?

Katniss, Peeta and Hayden become the mentors and carry on with their mentoring.

It's the [insert random number here that is greater than 75] hunger games and the tributes are just like Katniss and Peeta.

Except this time, the uprising takes place.
