Vinyl's POV
I sat in the closet with Sophie. She had a look of pure terror on her face. I heard the gunshots getting closer and closer. I heard people running through the hallways and screaming. I began to tremble. "Please be safe Tavi." I whispered. The footsteps approached the closet and stopped.

Sophie was about to cry. I covered her mouth and silently shushed her. She nodded and stayed silent. The door began to slowly open. Tears ran down my face. The man stopped and walked off. My breathing began to speed up. I heard more gunshots and cried.

He was walking towards the history class.

Octavia's POV
I sat in the corner with the other students. People were crying and other people were trying to make them be quiet. I closed my eyes. "Vinyl, please be ok." I whispered. The man stopped at our door and knocked. I then heard multiple gunshots hit the door. The door broke and someone opened it.

Everyone began to cry. "Stand up and go to the far wall." A deep voice said. Everyone got up and walked to the wall. "Please don't hurt us." I said crying. The man walked over. He turned me around and looked at me. "I wouldn't hurt such a beautiful creature like you." He whispered.

The man brought his hand to my cheek. I whimpered and closed my eyes. He rubbed my cheek. "Shh. It'll be ok." He whispered. That's when I heard sirens. he grabbed me and walked out of the room. He walked into the hallway. I saw officers running in pointing their weapons at him.

He put the barrel of his gun to my head. "Don't try anything. Or I'll blow her brains out." He said. I began to sob. I heard footsteps coming here. I gasped when I saw Vinyl run into the hallway. "Octavia!" She said. She stopped. "Please don't hurt her." She whispered.

The man smiled. "Come here." He said to Vinyl. She nodded and slowly began walking, careful not to make any sudden movements. She came over. "Go in there." He said looking at an empty classroom.

Vinyl nodded and walked in. The man carried me in the room. He closed the door and locked it. He sat us down and made us face the wall. I held Vinyl's hand. "We'll be ok." Vinyl said.

Vinyl's POV
I closed my eyes and breathed. I would do anything to keep Octavia safe. The man looked at us and walked over. He waited a little before grabbing Octavia and looking at her.

He leaned forward and kissed her roughly. I growled. "Stop that." I said angrily. He stopped and smirked. "Why?" He said. He then began to kiss Octavia's neck. Octavia began to cry. That's when I snapped. I got up and ran right at him. I punched him in the stomach.

Her growled and pointed the gun at me. I grabbed it and we struggled for the gun. That's when it happened. He pulled the trigger. I felt the bullet rip through my stomach. I didn't let that stop me and I kept trying to get the gun. He shot two more times and I cried out in pain.

I felt myself getting weaker. I didn't stop. I wouldn't let him hurt Tavi. He shot the rest of the bullets into my stomach and I let go. I fell to the floor and began to black out.

Octavia's POV
I saw Vinyl drop to the floor and screamed. I heard the door open and gunshots were heard. I saw the man get shot and fall over. Dead. The officers walked in and rushed to Vinyl. One of them called an ambulance. I was fozen. It all happened in only a few seconds.

I rushed over to Vinyl. She looked at me and grabbed my hand. "I love you Tavi." She whispered. Tears ran down my face. She smiled weakly before closing her eyes. "Vinyl? Vinyl!" I said. Paramedics ran in and put her on a stretcher. I followed them until the police stopped me.

"Let go of me!" I said pulling away from them. I ran after Vinyl and got in the ambulance with her. "Please don't let her die god." I said as we drove off.

I need to watch something happy now.
