"Hey Y/n you will be fine!" said Mark. I was here to surprise Derek and Julianne. I had been gone for six months on a dance tour around Sweden and I hadn't seen them in forever. "But what if I mess it up!" I said sitting there worried about what was going to happen. "What if I'm the Hough with no talent what so ever! I don't want to disappoint Juli and him!" Mark laughed so hard his black fedora fell off. "I don't think your a disappointment Y/N, yes it's weird you went to Sweden to dance but they love you and would not shut up about how much they wanted you home." keo came back stage to tell us we were up next. We were dancing a waltz to the song "Castle on a Hill" by Ed Sherran and I was going to switch my partner from Mark to Derek mid dance to surprise him mid dance along with Julianne who was of course judging that night. I took my position on the dance floor so Derek and the rest of the crew could not see my face. The song started flawlessly all of us remembering our turns, and steps. In the back ground a slide show of my families picture when I was a baby was playing on. the song ended on the verse "and I can't wait to go home." and at that split second I transitioned from Marks arms to the arms of Derek. His eyes widened and he stood there in shock. "Oh my god! Y/n!" he exclaimed tackling me to the ground in a huge bear hug! Julianne ran on the floor while screaming "Oh my goodness, oh my goodness!" Through inch herself on the pile of bodies, followed by the rest of the Hough clan. everybody was cheering as we collected ourselves and made our way to Tom. "So Derek.."
