So, allow me to explain something. In an earlier chapter, when Izuku went insane, Aizawa's Quirk did not affect him at all. So, this just popped in my head when I was eating dinner.
When Izuku goes insane, it's actually his quirk. The quirk is called Psycho. It is a really rare quirk that can take DECADES to manifest. And it manifests only if your body is under extreme stress, (kinda like in the Deadpool movie) or during a near death experience. In Izuku's case, it manifested when he tried to hang himself.
Explanation of Psycho
- activates on random occasions
- when activated, user is immune to quirks like Dry Eye, Zero Gravity, or Brainwashing (or anything similar)
- only 2% of the 20% of the population with no quirks can gain it
- it can be passed on, but only by putting the successor under extreme stress while he has the DNA of the previous user in his system
BTW did I just create an original AU? Cos I heard of Villain!DekuAU but nothing like Psycho!Deku
