She was mine
I was hers
We were one
I was left alone to die
Love blurred my vision
I couldn't see
How hard she fought to keep her smile bright
While she was fading inside
She was mine
I was hers
But I wasn't enough
To bring a dead flower back to life
Wasn't enough to keep her warm
I loved her
As much as I loved life
And that's why I can't breathe anymore.

Special thanks to @Lillyuv, who made me realize that this poem was not such a piece of garbage after all ;)
