#12 Your little girl saves you and Niall

3rd person POV

As y/n cooked dinner for her, Niall and their 3 year old, Aaliyah, Niall wrapped his arms  around her, hugging her from behind.

"Niall, I'm trying to cook" y/n said laughing.
"I don't care" Niall whispered.
Suddenly an intruder entered the kitchen, swinging his fist at Niall's jaw, instantly knocking him out.

As Niall fell to the ground y/n turned around seeing the man dressed in black.
The intruder also hit y/n, also knocking her out.

The intruder quickly left the house happy with his job, stealing valuables and injuring the home owners.

Aaliyah's POV

I heard noises come from downstairs so I went downstairs.
"Mummy? Daddy?" I called out.
No one replied which is unusual. Usually my daddy would come .

I went into the kitchen and saw mummy and daddy lied on the floor and they had red stuff on them and around them.
I gasped.
"Mummy? Daddy?" I asked crying.
I shook them but they didn't wake up.

Mummy and daddy always told me that if anything happens to them that's bad that I should get their phone and call 999.
I saw my daddy's phone on the counter so I stood on my tip toes and got it.
I turned it on and slid it across to the keypad, mummy and daddy told me how to use it.

"Hello, 99 what's your emergency?" The woman said.
"My mummy and daddy are lied on the floor with red stuff around them and they won't wake up" I told her.
"We will send help but you stay and talk to me" she said.
"Are mummy's and daddy's eyes open?" She asked.
"No, I'm scared, daddy's bleeding but mummy isn't" I said.
"Just keep talking to me , mummy and daddy will be okay and your a good girl for calling us, how old are you and what's your name sweetheart?" She asked.
"I'm 3 and my name is Aaliyah Horan" I told her.
"Okay the help is here, so you just need to open the door, okay? Who's phone are you calling from?" She said.
"My daddy's" I told her. I opened the door and two people came in.
The woman ended the call so I couldn't talk to her no more.

Another paramedic came and she picked me up.
"Will my mummy and daddy be okay?" I asked.
She wiped my tears with her thumb like my daddy usually would.
"They'll be okay, I'm going to take you to the hospital with your mummy and daddy" she said and I nodded.
She put me in her car and she followed the ambulance which had mummy and daddy in.
I still had daddy's phone so I called my uncle LiLi.
"Hey Niall, what's up mate?" Liam asked.
"LiLi , mummy and daddy going to hospital" I told him.
"Aaliyah? What happened to mummy and daddy" he asked.
"I don't know I found mummy and daddy living down on the floor with their eyes closed and there was some red stuff around daddy. So I called 999 from daddy's phone" I told him.
"Okay I'll meet you at the hospital and ill tell your other uncles" he said ending the call.

The paramedic that brought me to the hospital with mummy and daddy stayed with me.
"You can go to mummy and daddy now, but mummy is still sleeping"  she said and I nodded.
She held my hand and took me to the room where mummy and daddy was.

She opened the door and I went in, she smiled and closed it leaving me.
I turned around walking further into the room.
I saw my daddy sat up in a bed and mummy asleep in another bed.
My daddy had a bruise on his face and a cut. Mummy just had a few bruises.

"Hey princess" my daddy said sitting up further slowly.
I walked closer to his bed and he picked me up so I was sat on his lap.
I cuddled up into him.

Niall's POV

I picked Aaliyah up and sat her on my lap. She instantly cuddled up against me.
"You okay daddy?" She asked .
"Yeah baby, I'm fine" I said.

A doctor entered the room as well as a police officer holding a trophy.

"So you may or may not know that your daughter has saved yours and your wife's lives. She was the one who contacted the emergency services and if she did not do that both you and your wife could've ended up a lot worse" the doctor explained.
"So I'm here to present you, Aaliyah Grace Horan, with the young bravery and courage award for saving your mummy and daddy" the police officer said giving Aaliyah the trophy. She smiled accepting the award.

I smiled at her. We were never told that Aaliyah saved our lives.
I brought her into a hug and the doctor and police officer left.
"Thank you princess, you saved mine and mummy life" I whispered.
"Because I love and need you daddy and I love and need mummy" she said
"I love you too princess" I whispered.

@NiallOfficial: Cannot thank my beautiful little girl enough. Something happened at home leaving my wife and I knocked out and my little 3 year old princess called the ambulance car and saved our lives. I love you Aaliyah, my little princess! X
