Chapter 5

She sighed heavily looking around her room. She didnt own much, only about 2 suitcases worth of stuff. This was a lot harder then she imagined. It was exciting but it was also terrifying. She was leaving her family to be with a man she knew nothing about. What if his family didnt like her, what if she wasnt good enough and what if he rejected her. A noise from the hall interrupted her thoughts as she turned she saw Hunter standing there smiling

"Are you about ready?

"As ready as I'll ever be i suppose" i said casting one last glance around my room. As we walked down to the kitchen where my family was i got a lump in my throat. My mom was there wiping a tear from her eyes.

"Its not like you wont ever see me again." i joked

"Your right. But still itll be hard not seeing you everyday." my mom smiled sadly "But we'll all be alright. Now you two run along"

Smiling once more i walked quickly out of the house before anyone could see the tear run silently down my face.

"Are you okay?" Hunter asked, his voice sounded worried

"I will be. Its just hard to leave everything ive ever known"

"I know but think of the joy you and i will have together" he said smiling

"What if your family doesnt like me?" i blurted out

"They will love you. My mom and sister especially. They practically had a fit when i told them i found you."

"Ohh okay" i said looking out the car window. It was comforting knowing that my arrival was highly looked forward to but i still couldnt shake the feeling of nervousness.

Once we had finally made it back to his house my mouth fell open. Ot was the biggest and most beautiful house id ever seen. I sat there in awe as Hunter came around and opened up my door for me.

"Thank you"

"Not a problem love."

"Love? Hold up. I am not your love."

"But your my mate, yes?"

"Yes"

"Then you will be. Give it time my princess"

I huffed at him as he carried my two bags in and showed me to my room
