This guy stole my Ben Simmons story "Rookie Mistakes" and changed some stuff and posted it on Kindle!!!!! I am furious and trying to report him now.

Update: I'm on the phone with Kindle and Publisher messaged me on FB and gave me her personal cell. She is taking the book down now. I sent her a link to my story that was published last year.
I'm on hold with Kindle, still have to file issue with Wattpad, and I have to call the publisher. .

The book is down and Kindle and Wattpad are both having me file a copyright complaint still.
The publisher was apologetic and also told me how much she loved my book! That's a good thing right! But we had a good conversation, she had no idea and there was no way she would have because that's like finding a needle in a haystack to think someone would submit a stolen story. However she refuses to do a retraction or public apology. (Because she doesn't want to bully him, the person who stole an entire story!) Like as a publisher, where is her integrity?
Read this review even pointing out the inconsistencies in his story. He tried to change the name of the character but it's still obvious Ben. He didn't change any characteristics or anything! He based his story in "Milwaukee" but kept all the references to New Jersey and Philly. Smh.

Update: Got a call from a Judge Judy producer about taking my case on the show. Only problem they don't think Publisher and Author will agree to do it for obvious reasons. That's not stopping me from taking legal action because they published a stolen story and instead of fixing this they are making me have to do extra work to take down their fraud.
