She watched with a raised eyebrow as he stared intently at her.
"What?" She asked, pulling her hair into a long ponytail. He grinned and shook his head, not taking his eyes off her.
"Nothing. I just... You're beautiful." He said and she smiled softly at him, rolling her eyes. She wasn't wearing makeup, and she was wearing his clothes. She knew for a fact she definitely was not beautiful.
"Well, you are very handsome." She said, and he sat up, crossing his legs like hers. He pulled her into his chest and she wrapped her arms around his waist. He leaned down, connecting his lips with hers. He smiled into the kiss, and she did the same. "I'm going to miss this. I'm going to miss you." She said, pulling away from him, though she was just inches from his face.
"Don't miss me too much." He said, and she chuckled. "Promise?" He asked, nudging her nose with his.
"Yeah, okay." She teased, and he laughed.
That was the day she learned she was in love with Luke Hemmings.
