The first day without Luke was definitely the hardest.
Blaze didn't say a word that day. She was completely silent. She locked herself in Luke's room and read Les Misérables and his journal. Every time she would read a new entry she would start to cry and laugh. She finally went home, but not before taking seven of Luke's shirts and his journal.
The first day was definitely the worst.
