The few seconds he stood there felt like hours before I cleared my throat and tried to say something logical.
"Food?"
Whelp. So much for logical. Ink seemed to snap out of whatever daze he was in and nodded hurriedly. We both awkwardly stepped into the undertale grillbys and sat down at a booth. Neither of us said anything for at least 5 minutes before ink said,
"You aren't from this multiverse?"
I shook my head "not really. From a place where this multiverse is a fanbase." I regret opening my mouth.
Ink nodded slowly. "And... the other part-"
"NOPE!" I stood up and walked out of grillbys before walking back in realizing I still live with him. I sat back down and refused to answer any of his questions for the next few minutes. Eventually he just gave up and we ate our food. Not gonna lie, the food was GOOD. 10/10 would eat here again (I'm a poet). We stayed for a little longer and I told him about my friends and family back at home.
"- And then I tried to do a spin on the ice but ended up falling. And f/n started laughing as she helped me up and taut me how to." I started to tear up a little. "Then there was this time when-"
"Y/n. You want to go home don't you." Ink interrupted me. He sighed. "Its fine. I understand. You want to see your friends and family again, and that's ok. I can try and mimic errors portal and get you ho-"
"NO!" We both froze. I cleared my throat awkwardly. "I mean, sure I miss them. But if I left I would feel really bad. Plus is miss you too. The good thing is I can get in contact with them, so that's good." Ink looked about ready to cry from happiness.
"Y-you would really want to stay here with me?" I smiled and nodded.
"Of course."
He jumped up, tackling me in a hug. I yelped stumbling a little before laughing and hugging him back. I couldn't help but notice the light rainbow blush that misted across his face which caused my face to heat up as well. We stayed like that for a few minutes before grillby cleared his throat. Me and ink jumped up and payed for the food before ink teleported us home. I ran up to my room and closes the door, flopping on my bed with a content sigh. A few minutes later, I drifted to sleep.
I woke up in a slightly unpleasant way. My phone was blaring megalovania into my ear and I grumbled trying to grab it. Barely even conscious, I answered the call and was immediately awake. On the other side of the line some lady was shouting into the phone in some foreign language. I squeaked scrambling to end the call. Didn't help my call volume was turned all the way up. I managed to end the call and ink came and knocked on my door. I put my phone down and let him in.
"Hey ink, what's up?" I asked flopping on my bed.
"Just coming to see if your awake." He said sitting on my desk chair.
"I am now." I muttered. Ink gave me a questioning look and I explained. "My phone was going off so I go to answer it and when I do some lady is shouting at me in Chinese or Korean or something which startled me and I attempted to hang up." I ranted. Ink looked at me and nodded slowly. He handed me a cookie (from where I don't know) and walked out, closing the door behind him. I ate the cookie and layed back down on my bed, plugging my ear buds in and playing music.

WOO I FINALLY FINISHED. Sorry for not uploading I had artist block for a while and then school has been a pain. I went home early today so I had time to work on the story. So about the part with the call. The reason I put that in is because I was origionally planning on having f/n call, but as I was typing the part which says "My phone was blaring megalovania" my phone actually went off. I answered the call to some lady started shouting at me in some foreign language I didn't bother to attempt to translate. The coincidence of this led me to have the idea to include it in the story. It has absolutely nothing to do with the plot I just thought I would add it in for fun. Thanks for reading and I'll be back hopefully soon. See yah guys!
