I Love You

It was the next day. My life was falling apart. I didn't feel like getting up. My friend moved away, my aunt moved away, and my love is in the hospital. Perfect. Not.

Paige forced me to wake up and eat. I honestly wasn't in the mood. I know I haven't been eating lately, but that's with everything going on. I keep loosing my appetite. I have 7 missed calls from Jayden, 4 from Lexi and 4 from Lauren. I ignore them.

Paige and I drive to the hospital to go check up on Hayden. We walk inside and go to the receptionist. "Can you please tell us what room Hayden Summerall is in?" Paige asks kindly. "Yes. He is now on floor 4 room 208." She said giving Paige and I visiting stickers we thank her.

We take the elevator up to the 4th floor. We see Hayden's parents. "How is he doing?" I ask Mr.Jimmy. "He's doing a little better. The doctors doing a test then we can go and see him." Mr.Jimmy explained. I looked down in sadness. I can feel tears burning in my eyes. Mrs.Summerall puts a hand on my shoulder. I look up so our eyes can meet. "I'm as worried as you are dear, but we can't loose hope." I give her a hug. She hugs back stoking my hair. She's right. We can't loose hope.

We were all currently sitting waiting for the doctor to come out. Once he comes out we all stand up. "How is he?" Mr.Jimmy asked. The doctor gave us a smile. "He's doing just fine. He's sleeping. You can see him." I had a rush of joy enter my body. I haven't felt this happy since Kenzie left. We all walk in and see Hayden sleeping peacefully. Things are Turing around for me.

Hayden was still sleeping. Mr.Jimmy and Mrs.Tisha had to leave for work. As long as younger jimmy. I was the only one in the room with Hayden at the moment. I was playing with his brown curly hair. He started to flutter his eyes. "A-Annie?" He said not fully awake. I kissed his head. "How are you feeling Hay?" I said with the biggest grin on my face. "Better then ever." He said with a raspy voice. "I'll go get the doctor." I said. I rushed out and found him. Dylan, Hunter, Paige and I waked in with the doctor. He checked Hayden up. "He's looking good, you can take him out of the hospital in a couple of hours. Just in case if he feels any pain." The doctor was tell us as he was writing something on his clipboard.

Hunter and Dylan gave him the biggest hug. I can tell they were happy to have their brother back. Paige said she'll be waiting outside. Dylan and Hunter walked out to, with a smirk on their faces. I sat next to Hayden's bed side on a chair. "I'm sorry hay." I said looking down. "What are you sorry for?" He said. "I hurt you. If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have been in the hospital. Im so sorry. I managed to hurt you again." I said with hot fresh tears streaming down my face. He put 2 fingers under my chin and lifted it. "Annie, this isn't your fault whatsoever. You didn't do this. I wanted to come to your house. It was my choice. I didn't care what the weather was. Even if it was a hurricane, I would still come and comfort you. I love you with all my heart." He said smiling. I gave him the biggest hug possible. "I love you too Summerall."

It was time to take Hayden out of the hospital. Paige went back to the condo while I rode to Hayden's place with Dyl and Hunts. I wanted to stay with Hayden since he needed bed rest.

When we reached their house, Hunter helped Hayden out of the car. I helped Hayden to his bedroom. He flopped on his bed. "Finally! I get to be home!" He said in great relief. I laughed. He sat up and put his arms out. "Cuddles?!" He said in a babyish voice. "I'm tried." I said yawing. He's too much sometimes. "Pwease!!!" He said sticking his lower lip out. "Hay...." I said giving him the look. He crossed his arms and made a fake pouty face. I rolled my eyes. "Fineeee" I said. He smiled. I layed down next to him on the bed. We cuddled. It felt nice. It felt nice knowing Hayden was safe and happy.

We were still cuddling watching a movie. I was still really tired but I'm not the one who fell asleep. I looked next to me and see Hayden with his arms around me sleeping. I mean why wouldn't he be sleepy? He had a long day. I carefully pulled his arms off me. I stood up and put a blanket on him. I kissed his head. "I love you." I whispered into his ear. I swear a saw him smile. Whatever. I just let him sleep.

I walked downstairs and saw Dylan and Hunter playing on the Xbox. "Hey guys!" I said walking over to them. "Hey Anns!" They said not taking their eyes off the tv. Ugh. Boys and video games. "Hey Dylan, where's Brec?" I asked sitting on the other couch. "Ummm I think she's at her house. Why?" He said. "No reason. I'm gonna call her." I said. I walked outside and ringed up Brec.

Brec- Hello? Annie?
Annie-Hey Brec! How's is going?
Brec- Hey Annie? It's going great! How have you been? How's Hayden?
Annie- I've been good. So is Hayden. He's in bed rest.
Brec- That's good
Annie- I needed to ask you a question
Brec- Yeah sure. What's up?
Annie- Um, whenever Dylan tries to protect you, do you ever do anything about it?
Brec- What do you mean?
Annie- Like, if he's just saying something to protect you from getting hurt.
Brec- Well, sometimes I do. Sometimes I just let it happen. They want the best for us
Brec and I talk some more. We come to the conclusion of pranking Hayden and Dylan and teach them a lesson of paying less attention to video games. Let's just hope it goes well
Annie- Yeah, your probably right. Thanks Brec. See you soon!
Brec- Anytime Annie! Bye!

I walk back inside and see Hayden playing video games with Dylan. They didn't notice me come in. That's how attached they are to the Xbox? Seriously? "Where's Hunter?" I ask. "Oh he went out." Hayden asked facing the screen. "I thought you were sleeping?" I asked. "Yeah, I couldn't sleep." Hayden said sounding annoyed. Really? I rolled my eyes and waited for brec to come.
Ding Dong
I ran and got the door. Dylan and Hayden didn't notice. Wow. No surprise there. Brec and I walk to the kitchen. "Did you bring the stuff?" I whispered. She nodded and smirked. The plan may sound a little to crazy, but the boys need to learn their lesson. Brec brought over some fake blood. She was going to put it on me. She's actually really good at this type of stuff. Brec handed me a knife. We both tried to keep in our laughter. I was laying on the kitchen floor with a knife in my hand. I closed my eyes. This is gonna be funny!
Brec's POV
I walked to the front door, then I walked over to Dylan and Hayden to make it look like I just got here. "Hey boys!" I said sitting next to Dylan. "Hey babe." Dylan said keeping his eyes locked on the tv. "When are you guys going to stop playing that game?" I said rolling my eyes. "When I beat your boyfriend!" Hayden said. "Whatever. Well, I'm going to grab a snack from the kitchen." I said standing up and I walked to the kitchen and saw Annie. I was trying to keep in my laughter. Good thing we're both good actors. "OMG!" I screamed. I ran out. "ANNIES BLEEDING ON THE FLOOR!" I said screaming. Hayden and Dylan dropped their controllers. When Hayden heard the word 'bleeding' he ran to the kitchen. Dylan and I ran behind him.
Hayden's POV
When Brec said that, I ran with full force to the kitchen. I saw Annie with a knife and blood all over her body. I flop down next to her and put her head on my lap, not caring if I get blood on my clothes. "Annie, Annie litsten to me, Annie stay with me." I was crying full on out. So was Brec and Dylan. "S-She was trying to tell you t-that she was in pain but you were to busy on the screen!" Brec yelled. This is all my fault. "Annie, I'm so sorry. I love you I love you l love you! I shouldn't have been paying attention to the stupid game. Your way more important. I would never do it again." I was crying my heart out.
Annie's POV
Poor Hayden. I mean he deserved it. I stand up and I look at him with my arms crossed, I was tapping my foot. He stood up. "ANNIE YOUR FINE!" He said. He hugged me and covered my face with kisses. I laughed. "Hayden, I'm 100 percent fine. Brec and I planned this out." I said reassuring him. Dylan and him had the world most confused faces. "You see," Brec said slinging her arm around me. "We planned this. You guys were to busy paying attention to the tv to even notice us. So Annie and I planned this whole prank." Brec said. "We're sorry." Dylan said. We forgave them.

I was currently in the Summerall bathroom cleaning off all the fake blood. I was wiping my arm when I felt arms wrap around my waist. I look in the mirror and see Hayden resting his chin on my shoulder with his hands on my waist. "Please don't scare me like that again." He said. "I promise hay." I said.

I finished wiping all the fake blood away. Hayden picked me up in bridal style and ran around the house like that. "Hayden Taylor Summerall! Put me down!" I said laughing. He ran to his bedroom and tossed me on his bed. We were laughing our heads off. I stood up with him. He put his hands around my waist. "You know I love you right?" He said. I put my hands around his neck. "Yes I know." He smiled and put one hand on my cheek. He leaned in and his lips touched mine. We kissed. It was a soft kiss. We kissed for 1 minute. I guess you can call that a make out? Then he pulled away. A little out of breathe, he said, "I love you Annie" "I love you more Hayden." "Impossible"

Alright guys so I'm ending this book soon, but I don't know how soon or how to end it....
