"Hello Mr. Malik. I'm Doctor Mark. A piece of debris fell into your eyes while your apartment building fell down to the ground. We tried everything we could, I'm sorry to say this but you are now blind"

From that point on, Zayn felt like his world came crashing down. Everything was so perfect. His beloved girlfriend was able to hear again. The puzzle pieces were coming together.

But now it seems like a puzzle piece is missing

"NO YOURE WRONG! I CAN SEE! YOURE WRONG! PUT ME IN ANOTHER SURGERY! YOU ARE LYING! I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE! YOURE JUST MESSING WITH ME! YOU WANT TO SEE ME UPSET! PUT ME IN ANOTHER DAMN SURGERY!" Zayn yelled at the doctor at the top of his lungs

He can't believe it. He keeps telling himself that he's a man that can see.
He tries wiping his eyes over and over again and opens his eyes wide open

Nothing

Just blackness

"Mr. Malik, you need to calm down. I'm sorry but you are blind. There is no going back" the doctor tries to relax his patient but it doesn't work

"NO!! YOU ARE A LYING PIECE OF TRASH! I CAN SEE! I JUST NEED TO WIPE MY EYES! YOURE MESSING WITH ME YOUR MES-" he was cut off by an angelic tone

"Zayn? baby? Why are you screaming! Are you ok? Doctor, what's wrong with my boyfriend." Perrie walks in the room, clueless that her boyfriend will never be able to see her ever again

She grabs Zayn's hand and Zayn's muscles seem to relax a bit

"I'm assuming you're Mr. Malik's girlfriend. I'm Doctor Mark. Zayn caught debris in both of his eyes. He is now blind." The doctor says as if it was something natural to say everyday. The words rolled out of him tongue carelessly.

Perrie stays there in shock. She looked in Zayn's eyes. She notices that they are a bit pink and swelled up due to the debris. She hadn't realize that tears were rushing down her face. She was crying out a river. She gripped onto the doctor's collar and dragged him against the nearest wall

"YOU ARE LYING! WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE'S BLIND???" Perrie starts punching the doctor's face. The doctor pushes her back.

"BACK AWAY! ZAYN IS BLIND! PERIOD! YOU ARE JUST AS CRAZY AS ZAYN. NO WONDER YOU TWO ARE PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER" the doctor says before leaving the room.

Perrie embraces Zayn into a hug and they are both crying.

"Pez, tell me he's lying" Zayn pleads

"I'm sorry Zaynie"
