Innocent Laughter (Vector x F!Reader)

Late night... creaking... sleeping peacefully, the soft breaths of two lovers laying next to one another. The window, partially open, blowing in fresh air... The howls and chords from the outside wind, coming in to make the lovers shiver. They cuddle closer to one another, skin to skin, and tired minds. The beating of the heart, and the strokes of a cruel but generous man. The breaths of a soft but kind woman, the two laid there. In deep slumber, dreaming about the new a life ahead of them. The new wonders, the new kisses and such. Just the new world ahead of them.

But soon, their slumber came to a halt. No crying, or screaming, just simple laughter from an innocent being. A baby girl, who was giggling at the mobile in front of her. Her simple laughter woke up her parents. Vector sat up and (y/n) shifted, this was odd, the child was not crying. Why was she laughing though? Vector, he smiled, this was too cute. (y/n) and Vector made eye contact with another, a giggle escaped from both of their lips. (y/n) touched his cheek as Vector kissed her forehead. He got up and went near the crib. Vector leaned his head over the crib, with a goofy face.

More laughter came from her. Vector chuckled and picked up the laughing sweetheart. God, she looked so much like her mother. The baby had her (e/c) eyes, and her little nose. Vector laid a small kiss on it and went to the bed. (y/n) sat up and Vector bounced the darling baby. The babe reached out to her mommy, (y/n) got to hold the small darling. (y/n) kissed her forehead as Vector brought (y/n) into a deep embrace. He placed a kiss on her bare shoulder, and watched the baby giggle. Soon her giggled faded, the family laid down.

(y/n) placed the baby in between them, she fell asleep.

"Isn't she just the most precious little girl?" (y/n) yawned, looking at her sweet baby's face.

Vector nodded, "Yes, my dear..."
