"Keith can you hand me the remote " I said

"Yeah" He handed me the remote and i started flipping through the channels

"There's nothing to watch " I said getting frustrated

"Chill out baby girl" Keith said while rubbing my thighs.

"Sorry baby I've just been feeling weird lately" I said

"Are you on your period? " He asked.

"No" i said

"Well whatever it is you'll get better" He said as he continued to rub my thigh

"Thanks keith" I said while cuddling up with him and eventually falling asleep.

"Aye keisha wake up" I said while moving her around

"Mann gone Keith" She said while putting the cover over her face.

"Someone called you " I said

"Who?" Keisha asked

"Your mother" I said while snatching the cover off of her face.

" Can you hand me my phone please" She asked.

I handed her phone and she dialed her mom number.

"Hello?" I said after my mom finally picked up.

"Hey baby" My mom said.

Her voice was kinda off , it sounded like she was crying.

"What's wrong ma?" I asked , concerned.

"Its mia" She said

I was now getting up outta bed , with just some shorts and one of keith's shirt on putting on my shoes because i knew something terrible happened.

"Ma , calm down what happened " I asked

"She was hanging with her boyfriend , and her boyfriend is in a gang" My mom said.

"Go on " now i was really starting to get worried

"And someone who was out to get Her boyfriend pulled up on them , The boy was about to shoot him when mia stepped in front of him and took the bullet for him" She said , i could hear her crying

I tried my best to hold back the tears , but i failed miserably.

"What hospital is she at" i asked

"Foxord " she said

"Okay mom , ill see how she's doing" i said while sobbing into the phone

"Its okay baby , call me and tell me how everything goes" she said

"Okay ma"

I hung up

Keith came over and held me

" baby , what's wrong? " He asked looking concerned.

"My sister got shot." I said while crying into his shirt.

"Im so sorry babygirl , you want me to come to the hospital with you?" He asked.

"Yes please" i said

The car ride was pretty quiet. I couldn't really think. I was just so scared that something bad would happen to my sister.

Keith rubbed my thigh to make me feel better , but it wasn't working

While we were in the car i prayed at least 20 times because i was so scared.

We pulled in the hospital and Keith and I got out and went to the front desk

"Name?" The lady asked

"Mia Herbel" I said while wiping the tears out of my eye

"She's in room 304 " The lady said while giving me and keith a visitor pass .

We got on the elevator and clicked the number 3.

When we got to her door i knocked.

"Come in" Mia said.

She couldn't even speak loud enough for me to hear her so i just walked in.

When i walked in I saw her laying in the hospital bed watching tv.

"Hey mia are you doing okay" i asked while walking over to her.

"Hey Keisha , Hey Keith" She said

"And im doing okay" She added.

"Thank goodness you're okay , i don't know what I would have done without you " I said while touching her shoulder.

"Yeah" She said with a fake laugh.

"What's wrong?" I said.

"Dad is cheating on Mom" She said while looking down.

"What?!" I said getting frustrated

I looked over at keith and he came over and wrapped his arm around me and started to calm me down

"I was using his phone to do something cause my phone had died and this text had popped up saying last night was fun , let's do it again. " She said.

"That's horrible. " I said.

"Mom doesn't even know" Mia said while looking down.

"Well she has to find out , but im not telling her " i said.

"And what makes you think im telling her " Mia said.

"You told me , so you can tell her" I said.

"Fine" she said.

"Ight sis , ill call you later" i said while heading towards the door.

"Okay sister love you " She said

"Love you more" she said.

We got in the car and pulled off .

"Keith?" I said.

"Yes baby? " He said.

"Can we leave town for like a week. It's too much going on and i don't think i can take it" i said on the verge of crying.

"Yes baby anything for my princess" he said while pecking my lips.

Looks like we're leaving town again.

Okay.. So keith and keisha are leaving again. Can you guys please give me your thoughts on this book because people read but don't vote or comment which make me think you guys don't like it.

Anyway this book will end soon , I'll give it about 10 more chapters before i officially end it .. i have it planned out and all lmaoo.
