Caius POV *right after the slap*
"Why'd she hit me? And why did she say I deserved it?" I ask Aro.
"Well-" Aro gets cut off by laughter coming down the hallway. The door opens and Simon is tackles by Antheodora while Clary is laughing her ass off.
"What is going on?" Aro asks.
"Simon deserved it." Clary says simply.
"How did I deserve to be tackled?" Simon asks
"You called us slow. So we showed him we aren't." Antheodora says. Which makes everyone laugh. Including me.
The Cullen's look at me, shocked that I was laughing. I glare at them which gets them out of their shock.
"Who woulda thought? Caius can laugh!" Aro says which makes me growl at him. Marcus gives me a look.
"Caius, why don't you and Clary go talk. You have a lot to catch up on." Antheodora says with a smirk at Clary. Clary's face fell. She really didn't want to see me did she.
"Fine." Clary says
"Fine." I say.
We walk out and the door is closed. I take a shaky, unneeded breath.
"Clary." I start, but I an cut off by her hugging me. I hug her back.
"I missed you so much." She says.
"I missed you to." I say into her beautiful, reddish brown hair.
"Caius, I... I still love you." Clary says into my chest.
"I still love you Clary." I say and kiss her the top of her head.
"I'm happy you came for a visit." I say
