Chapter 4: I'm A Pirate Part 2

Flashback: In the deserted island

"Hey Dizzy." Evie said nervously.

"Yeah?" Dizzy asked from her bed in their treehouse.

"Can I tell you a secret?" Evie asked nervously.

"Sure. I won't tell anyone. Ever." Dizzy said and Evie knew it was a promise.

"My real name is Evie Grimhilde." She said as casually as she could.

"You're not a pirate! You're a princess!" Dizzy said shocked.

"I'm a pirate. For now and forever." Evie said firmly.

"If so one one else must know your true heritage. Ever. You're Nightshade from now and forever." Dizzy said firmly.

"Alright." Evie said sadly but she knows it for the best.

Present

Evie is in Captain Hook's ship. Waiting for Dizzy to finish speaking with him. Apparently Harry Hook is Dizzy's Captain.

Dizzy walks back in.

"Harry will be here in a couple of months." Dizzy said oddly sad.

"What's wrong?"

"He probably has a new first mate." Dizzy says ready to cry.

"You don't know that."

"If course I do, he doesn't even like me."

"Even if he does you both made a deal. Last I checked you're still alive." Evie says confidently.

"You're right. I'll just get rid of his first mate." Dizzy says viciously.

"It was nice of Captain Hook to give us these clothes. Even if they are very inappropriate for pirating." Evie says looking down at her white dress.

Later that night Evie and Dizzy are on deck staring up at the night sky. Hook emerges from the dark and motions for Dizzy to follow him. Once they are in his office he locks the door.

"My son says you're the best first mate he's ever had."

"I try my best sir." Dizzy says cautiously.

"My first mate is away on my behalf. I need a first mate for the meantime and since Harry won't be back for a while you'll have nothing else to do."

"Oh." Dizzy says in shock. "Of course Captain I'd be honored."

"Good." Captain Hook says with a smirk.
