don't come to the conclusion that depression dominates you. you're the one that has it, so you're the one that has to fight it. don't use any excuses. don't say you're too weak. don't say that there's no point. don't say you're too tired. it doesn't matter if you're scared, how do you expect yourself to get through anything because you're scared? quit dwelling on how horrible everything is and try.
