ethan: i know you're not 100% okay
with me again but i don't know who
else to come to

ethan: gray just told me he's moving to
fucking california

hailey: WHAT?

hailey: no way

hailey: so that's what he meant when he sent
that cryptic ass message earlier. that sneaky
little fucker.

ethan: what?

hailey: ugh nothing. the more important
questions:

hailey: why?? when??? are you going with
him????? how long??????????

ethan: he still wants to make it big & he
says he can't do that in jersey, he's moving in
like three months for i don't know how long

ethan: and um. no i'm not going with him.

ethan: i'm going to miss him so fucking
much hailey

ethan: we just had like the best time ever at
the concert last night and it only makes me
angrier that he would just drop this bomb on
my head

ethan: he's my brother! we literally came out
of the womb within the same 20 minutes

ethan: you and him were the only two people
in this world that i can trust with everything &
anything, i can't lose him too

hailey: you can hardly count this as losing me,
we're still talking like we're best friends and
acting like we're together

ethan: i know but i don't want you in my life as
just my best friend. i want you to be my best
friend and my girlfriend

hailey: ... right

hailey: does he plan on coming back, like,
ever?

ethan: i don't know. i just can't believe he's
leaving

ethan: how can he just fucking leave his
twin brother behind? I know he wants to
start his life and im not saying that he
shouldn't but for most of our lives we were
all each other's ever had

ethan: i'm just so mad at him

ethan: fuck

hailey: e... I think you're being kind of unfair
right now.

ethan: what? hailey how can you take his
fucking side? he's MOVING AWAY

hailey: i understand that... and i know you're
upset. it's okay to be upset ethan

hailey: gray is your best friend and it can't be
easy for him to be leaving you

hailey: but what's he supposed to do? stay
for you? not pursue what he loves because
his twin brother's a little pissed about it?
you want him to stay here and be miserable
about it, to regret not seeing what might be
there for him in cali?
