Ha, I️ never heard it unless I️ need to practice leadership. Leadership requires maximum performance. It is like a forest need a lot of seeds, random seeds to grow. You can pick, it doesn't need. It grows by itself.
The method in each individual might be different but the universal law is out there. It applies to anyone. It is nothing related to emotion.
Who is who? We seem know ourselves but who we are? A lot of people seem to understand that well and never question.
